If you look at the battleships compared to the tactical view you can see that they are roughly between 1-2km long...
battleship can comfortably dock insaide a titan...

It's known as the Michael Moore Pile of Misinformation.
Larger than a big thing and twice as big as something really mega-gigantic.

Edited by: fairimear on 03/04/2005 11:49:10 after a dreadnaught a juggernaught is the ship you would be thinking about.
titans are not combat ships and do not apply as they are all but mobile bases.
juggernaught would probably be a titan but with combat abilitys.
i would expect titans and jove will be linked some how and the big thing after would be a jove titan (jove mothership).
of what the rp side tell us 3 exist and seem to be fully combat capable from the description in The Battle of VakÆAtioth chronicle. the battle

Hey, most of you are thinking small!
Borrow an idea from EE Smith in 1934 and have mobile planets as part of a fleet!
Might be difficult to arrange the hundred-million strong fleet that was used as escort, though.
A fine read for those into space opera. Look up the Lensman series.

I'd rather have a larger selection & variety of frigate to BS ship types/roles/sizes than superhuge omgimgonnakillyouall ships.

I'll settle for dreadnaughts/carriers that are roughly the same size as the freighters already shown, and even then, there needs to be major changes in terms of base/gate sizes to make it look like your average station actually has enough room to allow one of these ships to even dock to it in the first place...
I'd like to see an external docking collar fitted to stations where these ships can dock themselves to,but still visible to anyone else(Can't destroy them while docked of course...).

I really hope cruisers are worked on, they should be the mainstay of a fleet and they are not. They are severly lacking, or at least more types and choices. I'd really like to see more content myself. Wormholes with random end points, something that can bring more exploration into the game. PVP is fun and all but sometimes you want a change, I'd really like to see the jove story start coming into play, even though I have to admit a carrier with a load of stealth bombers would be cool :D

The ultimate ship in this game will be a small fast sleek ship that can go around the speeds of 6km/s without a mwd and it doesnt use a mwd and it cant fit a mwd.
It has enough powergrid and cpu and cap to fit both a shield tank and an armour tank and run it constantly alongside using battleship size weapons and it has a great size drone bay, 6 Turret Hardpoints, 4 missile hardpoints.
And it comes with a built in covert ops cloak.

Originally by: Vicker Lahn'se Next comes ringworlds. Giant rings, 1au in radius, that circle a star. They are capable of focusing the star's exhaust to propel the entire star through space and to use the star as a gigantic fusion cannon of doom.
Please note: this idea came from Niven's series of books "Ringworld", which was published in the 1970's. If anyone mentions Halo, I will send a horde of norse raiders to pillage your house. Halo ripped off this idea for their game and all of a sudden people are praising this game for coming up with such an "original" idea. It wasn't their idea.
Actually, SO not true.
If anything, Halo rips off Ian M. Bank's "Culture" series's.
