People are asking too much expecting well fitted ships with damage controls and stuff to be on your killboard. Are they thinking you use a ship scanner before engaging?
It's difficult to find DC2s in highsec if you're actively looking for them. They're usually found on ships that got lost on their way to nullsec. |
