i want to kill some one and the best way to do it is through corp infiltration.
He has done nothing wrong but everyone who has ever met him wants him dead and im one of them.
Im going to start a new toon to do it but ill only have <30-51 days of training. I wont be able to take anymore than that without buying a sniping rifle.
The way i intend to do it is joining there corp and eventually running a mission with them. When in a heavy level 4 mission and he has full aggro ill turn on the neuts.
Questions
1. What is the best ship to get into within 30 days for neuting that will not arouse suspicion in the target.
2. I need neuts and guns so that i can destroy his pod afterwards
My thanks for your invaluable answers and a big hello to all the whining carebears that want this behaviour nerfed.

If you are running backup on a level 4, any cap strong ship would do.
Any dedicated nuet ships would be highly suspicious, but a lot of BCs and BS can nuet just fine as long as you don't need to do both tank and dps as well.
Also, be wary of your skill training if you give up an API that would show it. They might get an idea of your plans that way (not sure how, but just try to skill normalish). |

I suppose a Cane with six guns and two neuts could do the trick just fine.
and that would not arouse suspicion.

But yeah cap skills and a passive tank fit would be required. Also if the target is using a BC or a T3, make sure to include a web (speed tanking is easy in level 4s until the web appears). |

Off the top of my head there are 5 ships that have a bonus to Neuting:
The Cruor
The Ashimmu
The Bhaalgorn
The Pilgrim
The Curse
You've also got the Amarrian EV-300. EV-600 and EV-900 drones.
Pro's and con's of course.
The first 3 are faction ships and require cross training in two races and are not relatively cheap.
The Curse is a great ship as a drone boat, but of potentially limited use in a level 4 and might attract suspicion, likewise for the Pilgrim.
As Karn said; a Hurricane with Neuts or even a Scorpion or Typhoon would be safer and attract less suspicion.

i must say that if a 30 days old player flys into a mission in a bhaalgorn its probably best to assume that the game has been hacked. And that none of us are safe.
Also my target my start to get worried if a bhaalgorn with seven heavy neuts arrives to "help"

Isn't the neut skill the same for something else as well? Train to 3 or so and it shouldn't be too suspicious, fly a ship with auxiliary highs and the absence of guns shouldn't worry (do people even look?). Hell, fly a dominix, no need to have any bonuses if you can fit a bunch of heavy neuts (don't forget that hardeners don't need much cap, so fit small or medium as well to keep cap at 0). |

Bonus to neuting is fine but those ships take time to be effective killers. Certainly no one is going to fly a bhaal, ash, or recon on a disposable trial alt.
Just train up a neuting brick phoon. (a¦á_a¦â) ~ (my spaceblog) http://bit.ly/RB6X4C ~ (a¦á_a¦â) |

Go Domi, just train drones and neuts, will look normal.
Can also fit a smaller gun for killing his pod, but say its just for drawing aggro. I'm not shitposting. |

if it is just him running missions a curse with ECM drones will work fine, soon as he gets aggro put the drones and neuts on him, when he is capped out and tank shuts down NPCs should do the rest,
oh wait in winter they are changing NPC aggro mechanics!
when he gets aggro, warp in with your own PVP battleship/ battlecruiser and you should win, if you HAVE to kill his pod have a smart bomb in one of your highslots. |

Removed trolling against ISD - CCP Falcon
The ship you're looking for is a typhoon, train up torpedoes so you can just barely use them, fill the turret hardpoints with neuts, plate the hell out of it. You'll kill pretty much anything.
In total you only need about 1.7 million SP for it. |

You know it's a good troll when even the ISDs join in... "We will create the introduction thread if that is requested by the community. Also, we will have an ISD Seminar about the CCL team in the coming weeks in which you can ask your questions about the CCL team and provide some constructive feedback to us." - Countless pages of locked threads and numerous permabanned accounts later, change is coming. |

You don't need a special neuting ship, just warp out and grab a Destroyer to... Destroy him with. You'll have a much better chance of killing his pod that way too.
Makes me wonder why it's worth all the effort of joining a corp and training for 2 months just to gank someone. Well, at least you might have some fun. |

It's called revenge and can be satisfying rather than just seeking some instant gratification. Also telling someone to use a destroyer to kill a ratting bs is terrible when you can train a neuting phoon in about a week which can also fit a smarty for the pod since most bads wont know what hit them and wont warp out in time anyway. Remember that the AI for NPCs changes on Dec 4th, if you plan to kill him inside the mission after that point you will also need a ship that can tank the NPCs.
I think the best place after that would be to take him down on the acceleration gate for one of the pockets, this guarantees that he can't just jump out or dock back up. However at this point it's going to be a straight up fair fight, you could bring your current character in to support your new alt with logistics (T1 cruisers will be good then as well)
As other have said something with neuts will be your best choice as it's going to stop him using that strong mission runner tank as well. Making a choice on ammo will help you as well, if he is using a ship which has a tank weakness in one area then wait for a mission where he is not tanking that damage and exploit it. Minmatar and Caldari ships will be good for you here as you can choose the damage type you want to deal "Don't count on others for help. In the end each of us is in this alone. The survivors are those who know how to look out for themselves." |
