If you haveing problems or concerns, he listens, he offers advice and he supports you in your decisions. He's kind, generous, careing and fun.

Latta ceo of carbide industries... he is always openminded and can always give hes members a helping hand regardless what it may be, isk, social suport etc... no doubt Latta is the best ceo in the game.... i think many can agree with me on this one...

I think the most best CEO I've ever come across is definately Latta of Carbide Industries. I've never met another player in Eve who has managed to inspire loyalty in such a broad spectrum of players, who has worked so hard at Eve to make it fun for everyone and who has literally made Eve worth playing month after month.
That said, he's crazy I tell you, he's left me running the Building Department :)

Ender hawks was one of the best ceos i have ever came across.. his organisational abilities were absolutely awesome and his motivational and political talent was unsurpassed.
Although in saying that nobody has the "evil genius" thing going quite like brotherdeath(aka #1) He just suited the part so well: evil sounding voice and he sounded so much like a dictator you couldnt help but laugh sometimes

I would say Cyvok but many have said this. what i will say is any ceo that has a long standing corp with a decent amount of members. we should take our hats off to these people that dedicate most of thier gaming time making corp or alliances run smoothly.
i myself with some of the **** these people deal with would start podding members
