Howdy,
I would like to ask for the proper way of issueing a contract for a pilot. (How to find a bounty hunter / mercenary?)
Does anybody have experience and could point me in the right direction?
And what would be the current rate (how much would one have to pay)?

try the sticky in the crime and punishment forum. If there's a merc corp you like, contact them. _______________________________________________________

I saw that posting. But it seems quite some work to contact them all just to find out that no one has time or is in the right place. Is there some kind of contact board where you post some basics and get contacted by those who are interested?

Edited by: Winter ICE on 06/05/2005 22:02:34 When you want him pod, i hope you mean PODkill cuase that is, as far as i know, the only way to be sure he's dead, Because then he would have his deadbody, if he doesn't he's lying.
If he flies in safe space the merc will be most likely to ask the cost for his ship+equipment+profit which will be rather expensive,
a bounty is cheaper but more inefficient, and maybe i know someone willing enough to kill if you can give me specs on his ships, his name and where he flies... ================================================ (\_/)This is Bunny. Copy Bunny into (O.o)Signature to help him on his (> <)quest to World Domination... |

It would cost you alot and it would be very difficult for someone to hunt down 1 person escpecially if they operate above 0.0 and are in an NPC corp.
Just so you know, most mercs make you pay war fees and an additional payment on top of that, which can be quite alot. ----------------------------------------------- CANADIAN |

Thanks for your answers up to now.
I am still not sure if I would violate any rules if I post his name and last known location in the crime and punishment forum and ask if anybody would be interested in the contract and what the fee would be. Afaik the pilot in question operates in 0.0 and might be easy to find.
Would another way once I see the pilot to ask in local if anybody want's to do a contracted kill at once?
There must be a way we carbears can get back to the 'I pod you even if you are in a shuttle because I do it just for pleasure' types. I would like to ruin his day too and am willing to spend some ISK for that...
