Can CCP answer this as I and a few others would like to get some clarity.
1. If a person has multiple publicly available killrights assigned to them, which killright is displayed first. The one thats the oldest or newest, the one that has the highest or lowest cost associated with the killright?
2. Is activating a publicly available killright a one time deal for the hour, day or duration of the killright? If not, how many times can one activate a publicly available killright on a person?
3. Is there a time delay in setting a publicly available killright on a person?
4. Why do publicly available killrights give a message that the killright is no longer available when a person tries to activate it? If it isnt available, why show it as available?
5. Are their any changes that are being thought of to help prevent the killright abuse that many have seen in high sec? (Basically an alt sets an ungodly killright amount on an alt and have the alt fly around the station in a worthless ship like a noob ship.)

1. I believe it's newest to oldest.
2. As long as the KR lasts.
3. Possibly not.
4. Possible bug.
5. Another possibly not, but I would believe CCP will update it to fill any loopholes. "Black shadows hanging over his shoulders Black mark up against your name Your green eyes couldn't get any colder There's red poison flowing through your veins..." AC/DC, Evil Walks |

I'll just leave this right here
Quote:Kill Rights
A Kill Right is now created when aggressing a ship illegally in hisec or aggressing a pod in lowsec. To use a Kill Right now means activating a Suspect flag on the target of the Kill Right. The Suspect flag has a 15 minutes timer and allows anyone to legally engage the suspect. If the target of a Kill Right is killed while a suspect, the Kill Right is used up (removed). Players can make their Kill Rights available to other players. This is done through the Kill Rights panel in the character sheet. Players can make their Kill Right available to everyone, or to specific entities like a corp or a character. They can also attach a price to activating the Kill Right. Players can cancel availability on their Kill Rights, but this does not affect engagement already taking place. Players are notified of changes in availability on a Kill Right where they are the target. If a Kill Right leads to a kill (i.e. the Kill Right is used up), the Kill Report indicates whom the target was killed on behalf of. There is a new overview and chat channel icon available for players to show those with available Kill Right

Instead of posting the same information in the patch notes and assume that the answers to my questions are contained in your post, perhaps you should re-read my questions?
