i created a new approach to mapping adjactent solarsystems and applied special styling for FW systems: http://eveeye.com/?opt=J&system=Pynekastoh
Legend: Solarsystem Symbol Color: Color of faction holding sovereignty Solarsystem Name Color: Color of native faction Solarsystem Symbols: Dot = Unoccupied Star = Contested Triangle = Occupied
I am looking forward to hearing some feedback of FW pilots, if it's any use at all and what should/could be done to make it more useful. thanks a lot! Eveeye.com Bordcomputer Systems |

Welp, I do like how it shows the # of jumps in the concentric circles, so that's cool. I like how you can zoom in and out and move the map around. It's intuitive.
There are a couple of problems I see so far in ease of use. When I take a look at Eha, it shows something that looks like a single line from iralaja to raihbaka. If you zoom in closer though, you can tell it's multiple lines, but those are quite confusing to look at.
Also, when you click on Martoh, you see a straight line from innia to Nennamalia. I know there's jumps off of akidagi, but it's not showing them.
Hope this helps -Rock is overpowered, Scissors is fine. |

(have a wide screen) it doesnt resize after you maxed the view at the moment (will do that when i fixed the bugs) but if you load the map (clicking the adjacent systems button) after you maxed the view it will be rendered using all available space Eveeye.com Bordcomputer Systems |

two things: - if you use it the first time you land on an about page. The intention is good but its problematic if you want to share a direct link via chat - could you add the & url option to load the page with all sidebars collapsed (map only)? a eve-style bounty system https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=359105 You fail you fail you fail you fail you fail you fail you fail to jump because you are cloaked |

Bienator II wrote:could you add the & url option to load the page with all sidebars collapsed (map only)? i had that feature disabled since i was in doubt that people would find the other panes then... anyway. enabled it again. Eveeye.com Bordcomputer Systems |

Very nice tool. Would be nice to see a colored overlay or something along the edges, to allow you to know which region/system outside of FW the pipe ends at...maybe with a faded or opaque text off the edge signifying this. Nifty, but a bit too far forward thinking I feel. How relevant will this actually come into play? I'm guessing not much. Arma Purgatorium - For the State, For the Corporation Faction Warfare, PvP, Industrial - Open for Recruiting http://goo.gl/j1J09 |

shouldn't it remember if a sidepanel was collapsed or not? When i try it it expands all sidebars making the map very small.
IMO it could work like this: - if there is not enough space collapse a sidpanel - otherwise do nothing a eve-style bounty system https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=359105 You fail you fail you fail you fail you fail you fail you fail to jump because you are cloaked |
