now you can do criminal actions without anyone can do **** to you. i mean like
go steal loot from a wreck and you can instant jump a gate or instant dock where others are putting isk on risk with no kind of reward since people
i use isk on ships to pvp in
I use isk on ammo to kill with
i get no loot since it all gets stolen
any one can take any loot without any risk at all
Please atleast give the person who someone stole from Kill rights on like 1-3 days
do so when you are doing a crimal act as stealing you get a lockdown where you can't jump or dock in like 30 sec
if stealing aint a criminal act then i not sure what it should be |

Hes saying a pilot can steal from a wreck and immediately dock, thus negating the effects of the suspect flag. His suggestion is that the thief should be blocked from docking or jumping for 30 seconds, or the offended party gets a 1 to 3 day killright on the thief.
Blocking docking or jumping for 30 seconds would be irrelevant. People would just align, steal, and warp. By the time they came out of warp that 30 second timer would expire and they could dock.
A killright for a theft seems a little extreme. You do have recourse: Place a bounty on the thief.
