Edited by: Abaelon on 06/06/2005 01:55:05 Well i play EvE for about one month now, and I love sci fi since i was a very little boy. I was fond of 3 illustraded book that were given to me at age of 11, showing great pictures of spaceships, with a bit of history about them. In fact they where what made me love scifi so much, the beginning. 20 years later i still have thoose books...
After say 4 hours playing EvE, i was amazed.. "omg, the devs know thoose books!!" (Im french and my knowing of english does'nt allow me to descibe how strong my feeling was )
* Spacecraft 2000-2100 AD (by Stewart Cowley) (1978) * Great Space Battles (by Stewart Cowley and Charles Herridge) (1979) * SpaceWreck: Ghost Ships and Derelicts of Space (by Stewart Cowley) (1979) * Starliners: Commercial Travel in 2200 AD (by Stewart Cowley) (1980)

Hehe, you'll be surprised of how many goodies you'll find in EVE. It is indeed the biggest game universe out there afterall ;)

a lot of eve art is based on Enki Bilal's work, a comic book creator
theres a movie coming out called Immortel thats based on his works, you can check it out here, and watch the trailer.. you'll see a ship that looks almost identical to the gallente navy comet there.
of course, assuming that is what you're talking about _____________________________________ Perpetually driven, your end is our beginning. "Can I be a consultant for EVE II?" - WhiteDwarf |

Can anyone recommend a place to rent it, or buy it?
I've tried blockbuster.co.uk, amazon.com/amazon.co.uk, and a random google effort.
It appears to be rather illusive! :(
Thanks in advance
