Weirda would like to see a "Guard Item" drone command...
You could tell it to guard a can... if anyone try to open it would be like a spawn can saying "you cannot open while guarded by Weirda[arc-i] drone"...
Maybe the aggro of that drone wouldn't bring the wrath of concord... but would allow you to attack person without concord... and of course then they could attack you back... 
Certainly the practice of Concord protecting thiefs who hang around Ambush mission, jet can, or even some third thing ( ) is a somewhat gimped game mechanic. This could solve that...  -- Thread Killer

seem like a bad game mechanic that allow concord to protect someone who stealing you loot while you facing several BS...

sounds like a good idea in concept, but how would you deal with guarding drones attacking people in High-sec space, I dont think CCP want to create an absolute solution to ore thiefs anyway, since they could easily do this by simply making giant secure containers with the same cargo space a normal can.
The guarding drones would not attack anyone. They would just make the can unopenable (like spawn cans) as long as they were alive.
This isn't just about ore thiefs... this is about a screwed up game mechanic where thiefs and griefer can use game mechanic to have concord protect them. The idea would be that they COULD attack the drones - without concord intervention even in 1.0, but that would flag them to the owner of the drones so that the owner of the drones could attack the thief without recourse from concord.
It just seems fair! 
Not that Weirda have anything against (personally) ore relocation specialists or anyone who chose to play game in their own way... just don't like being hogtied from concord in a seemingly ridiculuous scenerio. 
Also, to avoid exploits, you couldn't just go around telling drones to guard every can you see... only cans that you 'own' (a mob can would have to be changed so it 'owned' by whoever did the final blow).
