I have tried 4 times since patch to do the Rogue Drone mission using a Raven.
I have fitted the best named webs and the best Target painters and it is still impossible to kill the drones before they break my semi decent tank.
I see no way to do this mission in a Raven now and wonder what others use or have found ?

One large smartbomb works wonders for me on my mega for the orbiting frigs, the cruiser size drones you should knock off before they get close. Also, never underestimate carry a load of heavy drones in case the cruiser size gets to close and stay sout of smartbomb range.
Also, try using cruise.

Crusie doenst do dmg more than 30 points to drones as for smart bombs i dont like the idea ocz u risk urself with friendly fire if u have soem oen else in a gang with u , concrod r not merciful if u do hit them by mistake.

Do not for get EW for rogue drones
One module can render no damage from everything but the drone parasite.
supposedly the drone parasite has 20 or 21 sensor strength in all fields
all the other rogue drones have a 2 I think.
and they use magnometric.
One burst when all in close range and they all have to re lock.
And not sure if you can totally jam them or not, you may be able to using a magnometric ECM.
Have not had to play with that route yet but there are always other ways about it.
They can't shoot you if they can't lock you.
If webs and painter don't work for ya ....try EW.
EW is everyones best friend or worst enemy.
