I've been informed that GHSC has taken on a 2B contract from NAGA., to hurt BIG. Now - I dont expect you to admit to this. I'm simply mailing you this to let you know that - We know. I must say I'm very disappointed. As far as I can tell, theres plenty of room for the both of us. I guess you feel differently. As said, I dont expect you to admit to this contract one way or the other, and I'm sure you will also question my sources (dont bother, they are solid) - But please surprise me. And lets talk instead. _____________________________________________________________________ If this would have been an every day business issue we wouldn¦t dare to bother the EVE community but obviously this isn¦t the case. Accusations of such proportions have to be dealt with adequately and the only way to do this is under the watchfull public eyes. We had no opportunity to discuss this with TornSoul and unfortunately we doubt that there is anything, a private discussion with TornSoul could change. Stricly speaking, TornSoul allready pointed out that, what ever we would have to say, it would just be the pathetic attempt of an allready convicted criminal to wriggle himself out of the snare. We admit *not* to know on which evidence TornSoul¦s accusation is based on. We admit *not* to know who those "solid sources" are TornSoul is referring to. And we certainly admit *not* to know why N.A.G.A should put its good reputation and integrity at risk,thus threatoning its only source of income, by signing a contract with GHSC , a corporation well known to be proud of their scams and criminal activities. GHSC, a corporation which proudly admitted their crimes in public; crimes, deeply condemned by N.A.G.A . We admit *not* to know if this accusation is only the beginning of a campaign, initiated by one of our competitors to destroy our reputation and the very foundation of our business. We admit *not* to know if TornSoul himself is beeing used by a, yet unknown 3rd party to get something started neither of our corporation could possibly welcome. There is one thing we do know though. We never have and we never will approach, nor deal, nor discuss, nor sign any contract with known or unknown criminal elements. Who ever this "solid source" is, or what ever this "evidence" might be - they are fabricated with an only purpose; to either denounce one of the most trusted corporations in the game or to trigger a dispute between BIG and N.A.G.A . On a more serious note this seems rather fishy, especially since he is not open for decent talks or presents any evidence. In all honesty it could look like an attempt to justify "whatever comes next" as an answer from Big. I.e. them trying to hire mercs to put you out of business while having an excuse at hand ^^. Seeing the trackrecord of the last year i dont think their wild accusations can dmg your business, the public knows and loves you guys too well/much to let you get drawn in the dirt. Good choice to make it quickly public so no more lies and accusations can be build up and form a wave. To the poster questioning "paying m0o to not be attacked". Seems a wise business move, however it is far from "paying someone to do dirty work for you". One is selfprotection the other aggressive cooperate warfare, 2 pair of shoes.

I also fail to see N.A.G.A's reasons for issuing such a contract. All in all, this sounds very strange, yet seems like an issue that could bring us forums *****s some entertaining for the next couple of days
