They clearly felt they needed to make a post to stop the rumours before they got started. Just because there's no evidence doesn't mean some people wont beleive it. Those numbers will slowly grow and the knock-on effect is that people will here it from more different sources and even though they were originally sceptical they start to believe. This carries on working it's way along until the fact that nobody has actually seen any evidence doesn't matter because everybody "knows" it's true.
Good move on on the part of N.A.G.A.

FA is going down in flames. Pulling a Xetic and buckling. Look at their member count these days. I wouldn't worry about anything Tornsoul has to say. It's just bizarre. He obviously expected you to post this on the forums but I can't figure out what the motivation is.

I'm very disappointed by the actions of NAGA seeing a private mail, especially concerning such a serious issue, beeing displayed in public like this - Without even an attempt of contacting me before hand. It sure makes me wonder.
And I have zero intentions of continueing this debate here on public forums, nor did I ever have the wish to make any of this public - Hence the private EVE-mail.
And those crying for proof...
*Any* proof presented would simply be accused of beeing fake and/or fabricated (concidering this digital world of ours)
Hence my attempt in my mail to avoid getting into an argument over that in the first place.
It comes down to if you trust your sources or not - Simple as that.
Any argument over it is a pointless excersise (as it would never get settled to everyones satisfaction anyhow) but feel free to continue it.
In conclucsion :
I find it extremly unfortunate that NAGA has chosen to take this approach.
Lesson learned I guess.
I've personally never in the past had any issues with NAGA or their operations.
As my letter says - I believe "theres plenty of room for the both of us."
This will be my only post in this thread - And I hope NAGA will take up conversations away from this wretched forum.

Tornsoul, you should consider looking at this from a different angle. Thus far you have "proof" of things that are showing up as unfounded. I posted to you in a very polite manner and am VERY glad that NAGA posted what they did.
Looking at the bigger picture, it shows you that your resources are not giving you accurate information.
Let's also consider your statement, "Don't bother to deny it...". What other choice did you leave NAGA but to come and plead their case on the forum? You left them no room to defend themselves.
Their statement wasn't about you. It was about them protecting their reputation. Your own reputation is coming in to question not by any flaming on the forums but by the way you are handling your information and how you are treating others without actually verifying anything.
I'm going to ask you again to re-evaluate your source and information, it is faulty to say the least and adding condemnation to a corporation for looking out for their own reputation does not help your case.

I.C. Well Tornsouls recent actions can be linked to any number of serious personal and life threatening afflictions,such as Syphilis,an abnormally aggressive form of the Flu which induces high fevers resulting in haulcinations and general dementia,Alzheimers,Scyzophrenia and finally meglomania.
Which ever it may be though will never be deduced or revealed to the public which imho is the appropriate step.
OOC...Tornsoul and Detative built a great corp and frankly its a modle of how EVERY production company in IRL and Eve should be structured. But in the last few months both FA and particularly Tornsoul have forgotten themselves and this situation was made worse by their inability to adapt to the new mechanics of the game.
Further more any attempts that FA make to save face only garner more ridicul. Its vicious cycle. Frankly if I were in either Dets' or TS's shoes I would have walked away from FA along time ago and started over.Convictions are a great thing to have till they cost you,your life or the everything that makes life possible.
BIG should NOT be ridculed but respected and pittied.
The hardest thing for a CEO is to decide when its the right time to close up shop and give one last call befor the lights go out for good.
As I have said befor with FA it ain't money its balls. BoB has cut them off of too many in FA.

I don't see why NAGA should risk ruining it's reputation just to hurt an economic competitor, espescially as the market is as vast as it is. Besides, if they wanted to, they'd propably have hired MC (less risks of divulgation, since MC also has a reputation to defend, at the difference of GHSC).
I also happen to think that TS should be more focused on what BoB is doing and less on NAGA's whereabouts, but that's only my opinion...

Well I must admit, I'm with NAGA on this one, they dont need to lie nor stoop so low.

I dont support NAGA. I've already lost all my respect for them for other reasons which I am still not sure to bother to come public with.
They have a hidden agenda. Especially as they are hanging out in 0.0 more now they are causing friction between entities. I know that the Imperial Republic of the North is allowing them to mine... I always thought NAGA cherished its neutral status- and that was 1 of their major selling points and most people therefore wouldn't shoot them out of respect.
However when they start using alt corps to mine in alliance owned space, its just asking for trouble as most corps won't have set standings towards the unknown alt corps of NAGA.
They are -10 with ATUK now anyway so more targets to shoot at
By posting this disptue on the public forums (which could have been easily solved privatly), its just
another example of how NAGA thinks its more powerful than it really is and that it takes the vast majority of support from the eve community for granted.
Frankly, I wouldnt put it past them to pay another corp to do their dirty work.

As Ex CFS foreign minister dealing a lot with FA and TornSoul in the past.
Fact as proven by months of talks and negotiations back then: FA will work and plot to aid their own hidden agenda and lie to any party involved in talks with them in order to get their own agenda executed. And when found out they admitted this to me personally. Because that was the only conclusion from the events in the past.
