If you look hard enough, there's a video or two of a lake in Russia where a chunk of meteorite (allegedly) punched a hole in the ice.
Seemed a bit too circular too me, given the angle the meteorite was travelling, but there you have it.

There's also been some fairly impressive meteors over Cuba and San Fransisco but, not quite like Russia. Russia always gets the impressive ones. We want breast augmentations and sluttier clothing in the NeX! |

Part of it did fall into a lake near by where it exploded in the sky. There are videos of a giant hole in the ice. ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o ) ( o Y o )

Russians completed investigation of the site. No meteorite fragments were found and no evidence of any external pollution in the water/ice was found. |

I did indeed, Wulkans :)
It didn't belong in General Discussion in any way, but as it was a tounge-in-cheek way of representing the Russian Meteor as an EVE/Dust514 orbital bombardment, this location is actually the best place for it.
