1) Kill the postman
2) Empty it totally

Having it send out mails every hour is still pointless though.
You can easily see how long it's running low on resources by the timestamp of the first mail. The mails after the first one are therefor pointless and only help draining TQ resources.
Think about it. One mail per hour running through the system for every single starbase on low fuel.

How about a corp and alliance "deleat" sender button also while we are at it.
Free-form Professions, ensure no limetations on professions. Be a trader, fighter, industialist, researcher, hunter pirate or mixture of them all.

I think you should thunked about it, before you posted that. Lets do some quick calculations.
Assume 10mS to send the mail. 100 stations needing refueling.
So every hour it will take 100mS to send the mails.
There are 60 * 60 * 1000 = 3600000mS in an hour. So the server spends
(100 / 3600000) * 100 = 0.0028% of its time dealing with these mails.

But it's still a waste. Even it was 0.0000000000000001% it would still be a waste of resources.
One mail is enough. I don't need 29 mails in the box to know the POS needs fuel.

One reason for the intence POS mail spammage is to avoid all the petitions CCP would get from 0.0 Corps & Alliances, when enemies killed their offline POS.
They would complain repeatedly that they where not warned when suddenly their POS went offline, and was killed.
So all the mails are simply there to avoid the whinage afterwards, cause now thers no excuse for not fueling it.
