Hey Everyone,
I've done a bit of searching and I have to say, I'm having a difficult time having my question answered specifically. To preface: thank you for taking the time to read the impending wall of text. It is much appreciated.
Consider what I would like to do, and mind you this is done very successfully by several people right now (see Loren Gallen for example).
I have a non allied, non militia ship in a buzzard who is acting as a scout/probing ship a system away from myself (.5-.8). This ship is ganged with me.
The scout gets me a warp in.
Upon entering system, because I am of the Caldari Militia, I am immediately flagged as such and targeted by the Gallente Police. (I tested their damage slightly last night and it is certainly sizable, but potentially tankable given that the correct numbers are known.)
I warp to my target, aggress and destroy my target.
Rinse, Repeat.
What I want to know is the following.
When its just me, flying solo without corp mates, what will be waiting for me when I come through the gate on a per security status rating. (eg: 0.8 system - 3x Generals 2x Cruisers 3x Frigates (scram y/n) ) and so and so forth.
Secondly, what types of damage (I assume Thermal/Kinetic) does each one do? And how much?
I see that the most successful people are performing this type operation in a Mach, which is awesome, unfortunately a little out of my price range at the moment, not by much but just the same, out.
I have been considering a passive tanked Ishtar, but I want to crunch the numbers before I proceed.
Any input would be much appreciated.
Thank you kindly, |

It takes roughly 5 seconds for them to arrive. I've tested this. You do not know the mechanics of what I am requesting. I thank you for your efforts however encourage you to refrain from submitting subpar responses due to lack of familiarity in the future, you're liable to get someone killed doing that ;) |

Firstly, why not shoot back? concord will not agress you if you do. Second, Tank Tank Tank, them bs hit hard... does that answer? Edit... Proof i am correct in this matter.. Behaviors Concord will not respond to
Concord will not respond to these behaviors: GÇóLocking onto a player GÇóUsing a cargo/ship scanner on a player GÇóUsing a remote repair module on a player, if that player ever becomes a criminal you will automaticaly stop remote repairing him in high security space GÇóJumping into a high security system outside of the Sanctum constellation when your security status is low GÇóUsing remote repair systems on pirate NPC ships GÇóShooting Asteroids GÇóShooting a player against whom you have Kill Rights GÇóDamaging or committing an act of aggression against a fellow Corporation Member (only if in a Player Corporation, NPC corporation members can't shoot each others legally without prior flagging, like thieving) GÇóDamaging or committing an act of aggression against the Faction Navies see for yourself http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/CONCORD_(Mechanics)#Behaviors_Concord_will_not_respond_to |

The only advice i can give you is that the Faction Navies (NOT CONCORD) will not Scram or disrupt. Only Web and EWAR. So you have no fear...warp out...if they don't kill you first :) |

No idea about Caldari space but in Rens you can operate reasonably well in anything from coercer to nanocane. Yes you will take losses but that's more likely to be the players than the faction navy. Typical navy spawn will depend on activity, but its nothing to worry about as they don't scram.
The guy is talking about Factional Warfare people, so I have no idea what all the responses about Concorde are for. Either learn to read or don't spew out nonsense.
tl;dr fit for agility/gank and a little tank. Your targets won't give your tank any problems, its when you end up with wartargets and faction navy on you that it all goes pear-shaped very fast. |

I am not sure how they do it solo, however I do know how to do it the legit ways with a small fleet.
From last time I did this, we sent in 10 frigates who kept bouncing around from moon to moon, etc.
Once you have 10 players in system no more faction police spwan and all agro is on those 10 people.
Anyone else that jumps in is free from faction police.
I know its not specific to the question you asked but maybe that helps? |

If you want to test different ship setups you should try it on sisi. Once you are on sisi go to oms ( one of the stations there is seeded with 100 isk ships and mods) . Then you can jump into villore which is a .5 system to test your tank against the fed navy police. Also there are .6 ,.7and a .8 systems that connect to villore so you can test against higher dps and nueting. |

The only way to get those epic kills is to actually be Loren Gallen. Since you're not, you might as well head back to low sec. |

Well I mean you could be me too...
Loren has a much more target-rich environment than us poor scrubs on the Caldari/Amarr side though. Not enough Gal/Minnie hisec carebears about =(
I don't want to straight up tell you what to do, but if you wanna evemail me or something I can throw you some links and resources to reference so you can research your own setups. Figuring out how to FW hisec gank is half the fun, after all. =) |

Your advice is wrong.
All faction police have a (non-trivial) chance to warp scram you which goes up the longer you stay webbed.
Not sure how Loren pulls it off so easily, but the above is definitely true. - "Do not touch anything unnecessarily. Beware of pretty girls in dance halls and parks who may be spies, as well as bicycles, revolvers, uniforms, arms, dead horses, and men lying on roads -- they are not there accidentally." -Soviet infantry manual, issued in the 1930's |

Faction Police do not attack militia members, it is faction navy that does.

Faction police are the guys who try to kill you when you enter hisec as a criminal, (ie, -3 sec status in a 0.9 system) and yes they can point you.
The faction navy is what attacks you if you have -5 standings with that faction or are on the other side of FW; they do not point you. Ever. Ever ever ever. Believe me, I've dealt with them lots, as has Loren, Jalmon, or anyone else who does FW hisec ganks. |

I've been very interested in this as well. As someone pointed out earlier it seems using SiSi is best option currently. A while back myself and several friends used spider drakes ... but as the Op has stated soloing can be much more fun. Bout to go try some fits out. |
