How do corporations make money from planetary conquest? Owning districts generates clones and clones can be sold for profit. You will however require clones for battle in order to expand and defend your districts so balancing how you use them will be important. At the end of a district battle rewards are paid out to just the winning team based on the value of biomass from the clones destroyed. Salvage is also handed out to both teams and is based on the items destroyed on the opposing team, similar to a loot drop from EVE. Rewards are evenly balanced among the team members based on their time in the battle not war points.

Will this 'biomass' and the clone creation process be tied in with Eve markets, or the biomass planetary commodity?
Will the 'clone generation rate' from base districts tie in with the Eve markets in any way? IE, will Dust corporation be required to purchase Biomass in order to created clones within their districts?
Genulotion will be the NPC Corp selling 'packages' of clones. Will standing with this corp change anything for EVE-Dust Hybrid corps?

Before the 'Planetary Conquest' dev blog was released with its method of obtaining clones I was still hoping there would be some EVE/DUST interaction in this element of DUST but that has probably been dashed now. A while back a number of new minerals, gases, & additional production lines for PI were introduced BUT they were all removed by CCP afterwards. Notably an additional line of production for Autotrophs linked to clone production was also introduced and removed. It may be that these ideas will be reintroduced at a later date but I doubt it somehow. With the differences between the two games especially how BPO/BPC differ totally between the two games I feel the only connection in industrial terms will probably be the transfer of ISK. There may be some minor effects such as increase in EVE PI production based on FW but that will probably be it.
Back to your OP queries:
1) Mention of the word 'biomass' within the context of DUST clones has no connection whatsoever with the Biomass made via PI in EVE Online. If a connection is ever made, which is now unlikely, it will be with Autotrophs.
2) No effect at present from EVE to clone production rate in DUST. I could see a possible FW thing going on there at some point. But not yet. And as above stated at present EVE industry will have no connection with DUST clone production.
3) Standing with Genolution will have no effect on clone production at this time. I can foresee something like that happening in the future though. |

You sound rather certain.. which is odd since nothing official has been announced as far as I am aware? Is this speculation or did I miss previous dev notices? |

At el iteration of Genolution the eventual plan is to get rid of Genolution buying clones.

The 'Planetary Conquest' dev blog is the official announcement regarding clones. There is not an industrial method to construct clones using any game materials including biomass or any other PI material at this time. |
