Vang Vorkain	Posted - 2005.09.18 00:17:00 - [1] well hi to everyone! ive just been playing eve im and old e and b player! so anyone out there that has played e and b hi if i know u! charecter is the same name in this game as e and b! but to get to my point! pvp i know pvp is part of the game and do like the fear rush u get from it! but that bad part abought it is u cant trust no one! not even your own corp members! no the pep that made eve said that this is like real life! well in all truth no! u dont get ganked buy 5 pep walking out your house door! but it can happen! ive just seen in the last day there are pep ganking new players at ammakan (i think thats how its spelled) now this i dont think is right! and no matter what i know it will happen to me someday too! i just wish they could back off the new players for a bit! there trying to get started and i know when u get ganked it can ruin your day and u feel bad and pi#$%ed off! now i would love to do pvp but most of what ive seen and hurd is big ships smaking little ships! now to me this is not fair! u want to pvp do it with some flare not just gank a new person becouse he is there! i just know if they want there numbers to grow they do need to to think of the new players more! but what would be nice to see is the security rating in sys change if more pep kill rats and clean and area up the security could go up and down! be like a bad part of town being redone to bring the area back up! but i know ive talked on sorry abought spelling if messed up but have fun and see u all on eve remmber what u do comes back to 3 times! 601 out!

What you saw was pirating, which happens in low security space. this can be at gates, in which you need big ships to tank the sentries. most corps out there that you want to join can be trusted. i've never been in a corp where you get ganked for no reason, unless its as a joke when your flying a shuttle. most corps work together to take on other corps, or earn money and the such. in regards to the pvp is just big ships smackin little ships, when you have a large number of little ships you can take down those big ships. hence the need for group actions, hence why its better to work within a corp if you want to pvp. hope this answers some of your questions.... and yes paragraphs are your friends --------

I wouldn't worry about it so much. Judge the game by the players you find in-game, not by people who find self-worth on game message boards.

Okay well first off, take no offense, but I'm just trying to guide you gramatically here - people don't like reading things that are unstructured or have all exclamation points. That's why they flamed you. Welcome to Eve, and do be careful, you should not be in low sec yet, you need to train some skills and get out of the newbie ship first, at least. When you've got a good frigate and a goal, try low sec again, but use the map filters to find where people might be lurking.
