I just finished Duo of Death, took me 3-4 aproches to finish it. I had 2xkinetic hardeners, 1xthermal and 2xlarge automated reps and I could tank sentries and bs,
Damn sentries and those BS.
What fit you would recomend? Besides amor tanking

Use 2x thermal and 2x kinetic + 2 large repairers. Use an afterburner to keep your distance frome the Megathrons as they are blaster boats and will tear you a new one if they get within 20 km.
I've done this several times and I usually have to warp out at least once. I've started getting the newbies in my corp to fly missions with me and run webifiers on the battleships.

I liked my dominix on 4's, although it takes a long time to finish some and waiting for the drones to return when I need to warp out has cost me my ship a few times 
still works better then my megathron imo

The typical setups are:
Noses and some turrets
cap rechargers and maybe a speed booster
full tank
And a bay full of drones (of course  )
I've never done lvl 4 missions in a dominix, but plenty of them in megathron...

Yeah easy in a Dom
Tank it in low, loads of drones and 6x 250mm.
Had a race with a corp memeber killing 2x 750mil ravens. he was in a raven and im in the dom. both neck and neck. Considering how the Dom can deal with frigs and cruisers better than a raven with cruise.
Only thing to remeber is the max range of your drones is 45km with top skills. Some times the big stuff sits out side this range.

6 Dual 250 II's
Full tank with 2 x Large Armour rep II
Unless you have Adv Weapons Upg V you will need to fit one PDS II for Grid
15 Heavy drones and sit back and relax (Not quite but close)
