They had dreams of 'liberating' syndicate etc etc. I know a lot of core corps left (to join PA) but wat happened to the rest??

tbh i don't see any "liberating" coming to the syndicate anytime soon. as for NOVA, from what i've seen they just go in to syndicate, fight four horsemen and camp gates
(p.s. not a flame, just an outsiders opinion)

Edited by: Kyguard on 29/09/2005 22:40:05 They did not want to liberate Syndicate, what they claimed was that they did not claim any part of Syndicate and allowed free access to anyone who didnt shoot them. They called themselves the citizens of Syndicate
I know that some of the key corps belonging to NOVA have left and joined the Phoenix Alliance, but they still have some corp members...but aren't actually doing much in Syndicate
By the way, if anyone wishes to correct me please do so without flames. _________________________________ God is always on the side with the best artillery. |

As far as I know, it is still there.

You're quite right. However, I personally have been unable to play since last christmas.
My corporation are the founders of NOVA. And believe me, we all knew what Syndicate was like. ------------------------------------------- Sometimes, I wake up but keep on dreaming. |

Well as far as i know we are still around , im sure if you where to ask such corps as four horsemen this would be proved. But we have seemed inactive in syndicate for a while. yes, we do see some Nova peeps now and again, almost always either Raptus or Grettisak. I personally haven't seen nova roaming around in force for a few months - usually just Tania running around going kamikaze against whomever is unlucky enough to be caught in local =)

Edited by: XZeRo on 01/10/2005 05:20:59 We're still here, and we are roaming syndicate, but some of our corps are working in empire atm, and about us "liberating syndicate" was never ment to be done, our alliance was ment to be lower war cost, mutual protection, inner trading etc.
We're not dead, cya in space.

I can personally vouch for Raptus and Grettistak being in lower syndicate.

Yes they are still around, and fighting an un-sustainable war.
Their corp has nearly collapsed, and their alliance HAS all but collapsed, all because of their fixation on a certain system in lower syndicate.

Well Grettistak/RR is not near collapsing and i think their members in the corps should be the judge of that, would like to know where you got that idea (\_/) (O.o) (> <) This is Bunny. Copy Bunny into your signature to help him on his way to world domination.

probably on the fact that your corps appear to be a spent force. Neither Raptus nor Grettisak have attacked lower Syndicate with a serious fleet in quite a while.
Yes, we do still see solo inty raids quite often, which are a threat to industrials/shuttles who hang around. Oh, and Tania. Tania is always fun.
But simply put, when we have to contend with large pirate fleets of CONIN, F33ks and the like, the remnants of NOVA simply don't show up on the radar.

Well I can't say much, I've been in Syndicate for about 2 weeks now, but the only time I've seen NOVA around (in space), it was Capt Rob flying with Tania.
On the other hand, I've seen 2 more NOVA docked while OSS was holding a camp. --

yes i agree we have not been showing much interest in this area atm. I know for grettistak is that we have other things going on atm and i know its the same for raptus. GL with the large fleets of CONIN etc oh and about Tania , he deffiantly is a fun character (\_/) (O.o) (> <) This is Bunny. Copy Bunny into your signature to help him on his way to world domination.

Actually I've killed more Nova frigates/inties with my haulers than they've killed my haulers with their ships.
I am sure that Nova have a lot of good guys in their corp. I imagine weemad, rob, spacedevil, xzero are all very nice guys in RL... however when the head of Nova criticises me for stooping to the same level as his corp and alliance pilots you know they have problems.

heh, I know, but that's because you're a f***ing one man army Tolon. Most people still don't like to haul crap around when you've got 4 or five 'ceptors running around the pipe like hyperactive 3-year olds tanked up on sugar.

Turning up with a huge fleet that takes 3 months to organise is not impressive. It's more like a lunar eclipse... We grab a drink and watch is swiftly pass, smile then wait for the next one 3 months later.

Well was hoping for this to be a smack free thread but, plz tell me when weve accused you of anything, ive not heard of such a thing. Again on the first note, no need for smack; i have not started complaining about how your ships are fit or how you guys fight. (\_/) (O.o) (> <) This is Bunny.
