First, how well did our protest in Nonni work roughly four or five years ago?
Second, do you think the CEP cares whether we support it or not? Do you think Ishukone, Hyasyoda, SuVee, NoH, and CBD are not already against this, while Lai Dai and Wiyrkomi are trying to figure out their position with KK's fall?

So the implosion of the Caldari state begins.
I am sure that some who are are beholden to the same malfunction that Heth suffers from will think this is a good thing.
Those sub-factions of the state need to begin thinking of self governance. I'm afraid that the corporations might have lost that role by the time Heth is done with them. I hope this is wrong.
If the Federation were having this kind of issue, as an example, we could hope for secession, but the Caldari don't have a cultural and political foundation for secession like the Federation does (and would be doing if we didn't elect a criminal with a grip on reality as president).
It really is all about reality and consequences in the end, and this will not end well. |

What victory can we have if the State is destroyed in the process?
=== Heth has now demonstrated why he never made it above MTAC Operator before his little rebellion and the back room deals that followed: He has NO business ability. A more money savvy despot could at least pay his bills along with the war and bullying fund. it's a pity KK has allowed him to operate their business in the red for so long. It used to be a powerful corporation, given what this report states, I am fearful of their ability to survive as a separate entity for much longer.
At this point Heth has become WORSE than what he rebelled against. |

As I have said, whether or not Tibus Heth is to remain Executor is a matter for the State and the State alone to decide. However, it is both morally irresponsible and financially impossible for me to stay silent on Mr. Heth's tenure as the CEO of Kaalakiota and the precarious state of KK itself.
A formal complaint has been filed with CEP and CBT regarding this matter, on behalf of organizations which I represent in these matters. Out of courtesy, I will spare you all the full complaint - which as you have likely surmised, is quite dense on verbiage. However, I would like to share the summary with you all - with the permission of all parties except KK of course. (And yes, I had it manually rather than machine translated.)
Quote:Whereupon it is believed that knowingly deceptive and grossly negligent or incompetent management of Kaalakiota (hereinafter KK) may have resulted in;
- The deliberate and knowing concealing of materially relevant information regarding KK's finances from shareholders and interested parties.
- Tibus Heth may have engaged in willful and deliberate misappropriation of funds entrusted with KK, which by corporate law and contract agreement could only be used for the purpose of conducting trade between contracted parties.
- Tibus Heth appears to have engaged in a pattern of extreme mismanagement of finances, contracts, and committed violations of corporate law in order to embezzle funds for the Caldari Providence Directorate.
- There exists real and substantial doubt that KK is capable of meeting the production requirements of the referenced trade contracts.
- There exists real and substantial doubt that KK is capable of meeting the financial requirements of the referenced trade contracts.
- Should KK be unable to meet requirements of these contracts, we believe it likely that they are also both unable and unwilling to make agreed upon penalty payments to affected parties.
Therefore, it is requested that the CEP immediately appoint a neutral third-party to perform an audit of Kaalakiota's finances and management in order to establish the truth or falsehood of these accusations and to restore investor and trade partner confidence in the swiftest possible manner.
Unfortunately, as with all things of this nature, the wheels of bureaucracy turn slowly unless greased with cash. Ironically enough, the possibility of losing so much may cause them to turn even more quickly. Sadly, I am very doubtful that Mister Heth has the least concern for his foreign relations at this point. |

You both seem ignorant of the fact that a Caldari Megacorporation is a vital and integral institution that plays a pivotal role in the lives and welfare of billions of citizen-employees in the State. These are not just mere abstract profit based companies. They are the tangible manifestations of their citizen's will and products of centuries of Caldari effort and sacrifice. One cannot simply nationalize what is already in effect a nation without borders, nor is the Executor in a financial, political or military position to be dictating terms to the CEP.
The fact that Heth has now in effect declared war upon the rest of the State given the destruction he has sown upon Kaalakiota with his incompetent leadership and corrupt mismanagement of finances due to Provist cronyism shows not only his disassociation from both reality and rationality but as a traitor to both Kaalakiota and the State itself. It is only a case of power and control insofar as ensuring that the Executor no longer has neither except the minimum required for him to take responsibility for his failure as a leader and hang himself quietly and with dignity - that is if the man has any sense of shame or honour left.
Even that I doubt, but it is unsurprising, traitors and criminals often have little of either. |

Tibus Heth must go. However, and as i pointed out many times during the protest in New Caldari, this must be achieved by non-violent means if at all possible. Enough Caldari blood has been shed thanks to Heth's actions and we must not follow his lead on this.
Should Heth be assassinated, you would turn him into a martyr. Instead. he should be removed from office and held to account for his actions. Fly Caldari! |
