Subscribed on the 4th, got my copy on the 6th.. 
..no complaints about service from me, but I'm in the UK...
Fantastic magazine with perfectly pitched content. The fiction, the guides, the interviews and news all great..
Excellent first issue. Long may it continue...

Is trade tip No.2 correct?
I thought if you gang someone in empire and shot them you got a sec hit and concord got you?
Or is it the sec hit you avoid but concord still get you?

I think it referrs to low sec space with no concord presence and easy-to-tank gate guns.
As for the sec hit, they should still get it even in a gang if they are not in your corp, but only in empire space. 0.0 space = no sec hit.
At least thats what I would understand from my past experience when a gang mate with a 0.0 sec rating shot one of us by accident. He was in a different corp, got hit by concord and lost -0.1 sec status or something.

No e-on here either and I ordered it on the 25/08 . Sent an e-mail to a shop rep but haven't had a reply either so now what ?

Excellent magazine with some interesting articles. Really looking forward to the next issue. I escpecially liked the stories and the Kali article.
Well that's the magazine out of the way so here is a complaint. Customer service. Has their e-mail address changed? I sent an enquiry over a week ago to it and as yet, have not recieved a reply.

haven't got mine in the US..
I'l a bit freaked out.. I can't find my order confirmation e-mail, I must have deleted it? I have no way of seeing anything about the order information.
Can someone maybe tell me what the order confirmation e-mail looked like so I can have some idea of what to look for in my email box?

Finally... after a week worth of waiting and a thrilling 300 km of travel Eon has finally made it's way to me, here in the distant Netherlands 
Great looking mag, and despite the fragile plasic warp, it arrived without bruses.
But now it's time for some thea and a mag
