SMaK Enterprises - we are NOT like other corporations and operate like a real business having a variety of departmnets to suit employees preferred positions, each of which carry their own pay.

We pay members on a weekly basis, hold interviews and review your performance per month for wage raises etc.
Players also get monthly bonuses if we exceed sales targets per month!!

Hi there Alaska!!
We pay beginners [Miners] 50000isk per week, which is paid to members by our Perssonel department. As well as this members arte given monthly bonuses if we exceed our expected sales targets as set by the Marketing Department.
Each month our Personnel departm,ent will review your performance in a one-to-one and agree a salary increase. Minerals are bought by us from our members at highest market value minus 10% (tax rate) to ensure financial growth in the corporation.
Bonuses include 25% off anything sold by the corporation.
We currently have positions availiable for Personnel, Marketting, Finance, SAS, SID and a number of others. We operate pretty much like a real business with each department having their own Managers.

Forgot to mention :)
We al,so have our own Members bank whereby you can place money with us and earn interest or take out a loan. Each of these have rules and regulations - see Finance Department on site
