GALACTIC SOUL wrote:The poster above is spot on with other games being affected, Just visited the GeForce website and seems many games COD,BF3 and others are affected by either artefacts, stuttering or a blue hue of some sort. [/url]
Well, Hell's Bells!!! If COD is affected, we should expect a fix within a few days. :) |

Adjusting the shader quality to medium for Nvidia driver 320.18 is not a fix, just a work around that works, tho I would question the drivers altogether ...... this is why I rolled back to 314.22 and have zero issues now with any games
Trust me when I first saw this bug, it was a WTF? moment for me, I'm running 2x eVGA GTX Titans in SLI and for that kind of money I don't expect to have any issues. I've been using Nvidia cards for years, long before EvE was even a game and I never had driver issues until now with this 320.18 update so Nvidia has had a great track record with me at least, They'll get out some new drivers soon You don't count the entire year it took for 8800 card drivers to get optimized/useful an issue. Anyway the 2 prior beta drivers of 320 had the same issue, people reported it, that was over a month or so ago, still Nvidia launches new drivers WHQL with this issue, really love the "support" nvidia has for EvE, or was that only in selling cards for plex
Ahh I do remember the 8800 GTX, I loved that card and it was the s***t back in the day, however it was already optimized when I started using it hehe You failed to target nothing!-áGëívGëí online |

Someone suggested in another thread this issue could be caused from 3-D being turned on by default. I haven't upgraded my Nvidia drivers yet so I can't confirm, but just take a quick look at the control panel and see if that is the case. Can't hurt to at least take a look. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYAz0aWEzpw http://www.firesworn.com/index.php?/topic/69-about-firesworn-nation/

Same here, Shaders on High = ugly green hue all over the thing, unplayable. Shaders on Medium - all is fine. Cba to rollback drivers :( GTX 680. |

Having the same issue here. 320.18 and GTX 780.
Green/blue haze unless shaders set to medium. The nerfs to supercaps will cause more super pilots to join the largest alliances who can properly "support" their deployment, further concentrating firepower/wealth in EVE. The end result will be fewer "fun" fights, and will hurt EVE in the long run. |

The new 320.49 BETA driver fixes this problem, thanks for making the thread I thought it was EVE that was bust. |

Confirmed fixed with 326.01 drivers (windows 8.1 preview drivers)
Edit: I knew this would happen as soon as I posted... There is (sometimes) a colour skew artifact in the small picture in the 'Selected Item - Tracking' window, otherwise it looks fine. |

Did not experience any problems with Nvidia drivers and EVE until two days ago when I installed 320.49, this seems to have upset things with GPU's running way hotter than normal, reverted to 314 and temps dropped back to what I would expect them to be running several clients over three screens.
I just wonder if Nvidia are trying to get to much out of there drivers without really checking them through. |

Vendictus Prime wrote:Well, I understand this may have been reported already but the new driver from NVidia is conflicting with the Eve shaders. whole screen is blue blob, set shader level to medium and problem went away. Not what I call a fix though.
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
I just upgraded to 2 x GTX690's (non-SLI) I power 8 screens. I prefer performance over looks so graphics are set to the minimum possible . Eve was so jerky it was unplayable. Days I looked for a solution and only came across people with the same problem with different games.
Actually increasing the graphics never occurred to me but it worked. Thank You again! Amphetimines are your friend.
