Behold my Brothers and Sisters in our noble cause.
Today, The Brotherhood of Rubyor & Dirkistan Loyalists (Front alliance name 'Exuro Mortis') come out of our hidden outposts in the border worlds to strike at a capitalist megacorporation which has been working with the cartels against our kind, against your kind and against your very being.
If not stopped, this evil, this behemoth, will march on. They will use and abuse the small industralists trying to make a living to feed their children. Think of their children!
The ultra-captalist giant that is the Interstellar Starbase Syndicate will step on our brethern no more. These heretics will burn for their sins. They will pay for their transgressions against The Rubyor and their disrespect of the Holy Site in Dirkistan.
Our Clerics will not take this any longer and therefore The Rubyor has placed his official seal on the 'Burning Legion Crusade'.
When pressed for comment, High Priest 'Righteous Fury' gave this comment: "Our initial assessment is that they will all die."
Burn the heretics.
The Holy Mission of the 'Burning Legion Crusade' has begun.

Edited by: Burzon on 15/11/2005 11:50:13 This is interestings, especially as the entitiy known as Exuro Mortis seems to be heavily misinformed on workings and processes within the so called "industrial behemoth" ISS. Let me clarify some information in here...
1. Capitalistic Megacorporation
The ISS is a non profit organisation. The member corporations pay a monthly fee (smaller then usual). All profit generated stays within the member corporations. The ISS as corporation framework is not included into any profit margins. Even the ISS operated Outpost is not generating profit for the ISS but only for its shareholders, which in majority are non ISS as far as i know.
Sueing us for the rising Tech2 prices shows massive misunderstanding on mechanics of markets within the EVE starcluster. Current level of conflict and the rising demand on Tech2 items combined with limited production capability surely leeds to rising prices. Advanced Materials, the main business of ISS, has encountered decreasing prices and stalling markets since the last changes were made.
All in all your decision to wage war bacause we are capitalistic is based on misconception and failure to analyse markets.
2. Escalation handling
11.11.2005 --> EM declares an aggressive campaign on ISS 12.11.2005 --> a minor incident in Period Basis leads to a situation where diplomatic actions are required. EM stirrs up and escalates the situation. To be noted: this incident was small, not affecting EM and the first of its kind for 5 months residence in Period Basis 13.11.2005 --> ISS is ordered by BoB to leave Period Basis within 3 days, although our contract fixed 4 weeks time for terminating our agreement. Em starts moving into Period Basis to set base as it looks like. 14.11.2005 --> EM declares Concord sanctioned war on ISS 15.11.2005 --> Grace period to leave Period Basis ends
I will leave this information for everyone to make their own judgement.
3. This war
You might hit us hard, you might disrupt some operations, but you will not succeed to disrupt what the ISS stands for. Your war delaration and the reasoning behind it are just a cover to fill your lust of blood, destruction and chaos. You are endagering your breathren more then we could ever have done.
Get yourself some writings on capitalism and study EVE economy.

Ah, and you plan to rectify this by making it many times harder for them to produce via the war you foisted upon them, making the costs of production skyrocket?

These are unfounded lies. How did we declare an 'aggressive' campaign? We didn't even make known any campaign. There's not even an ISS killmail on the 11th.
There was some isolated incidents where ISS members wouldn't leave delve or were caught engaging the blood raiders in the system or mining. These pilots were executed for breaching their 'travel rights only' through delve. However these executions happened on the 12th not the 11th.#
They were only a handful and not an 'aggressive' campaign.
If you want this 'aggressive' campaign. Tune into Alliance chat at 00:00 tonight.

Checking your campaigns page on the 13th showed a campaign against the ISS with a start date of the 11th. This has (of course) ceased to exist.

This might be true. But I also have reports for alliance mates at the time stating that we had been declared KOS by you. Either way, it is BOBs region to police and not yours. And by the way, we were in the process of changing agreement with BOB to one that would allow more then just travel rights in Delve.

Usually the campaign is rounded down and started a day or so early ('campaigns' are started retroactively, they're not put up before they begin, as we rarely plan ahead that far). This is done as a sort of time buffer to make sure no incidents are missed in the tally. Incidents such as your initial attack upon our pilot.

Make no mistake, you were declared KOS once we saw you and VC working together blatantly. But we've seen it before, ISS pilots always seem to be around when VC need an eye in the sky. That, however, was merely suspicion, not enough to break a NAP. This incident proved beyond doubt you do not take BoB and OSNAP as friends, but rather use them for your own gains.
You were promptly declared KOS and remained that way for a fair few hours until a meeting between OSNAP directors, ISS Navy command, and BoB command. BoB terminated your contract. They also stipulated the grace period that exists for ... ohh ... another 12 hours or so. I thought that quite generous of them.

One ISS pilot attacked a member of ONSAP with a member of -VC- Said member was ejected from his corp for taking an action directly against the ISS charter. Incidents like this happen in all alliances, but how many alliances actually take steps once they happen? Very few. The ISS is one of the few that I've seen that does expell members who breach agreements.
Beyond that, any firing on ONSAP was almost certainly in self defense. I point to your listed kills on the two weekends before the "incident". ONSAP have repeatedly harassed ISS in BOB space and thus this "incident" was just the excuss you have been looking for to "legitimise" your piracy.
Oh, as for us being seen assisting Imperium and -VC-, other then that one incident (oh did I meantion the ISS pilot was a long term friend on the -VC- pilot) I doubt very much that it has happened. Imperium and -VC- placed us on their KOS lists a long time ago due to use working in BOB space.

Hi Kinsy, this thread has nothing to do with UnAssociated or yourself, nor will it ever have anything to do with you. But please, continue to post to make yourself feel important. We understand. I see CELES has left VC, care to elaborate in a different thread?
To ISS: There is no discussion here. The facts are, a number of ISS pilots have been seen in suspicious circumstances (with collaborating proof in other places), we've had to deal with ISS talking **** to us in local when kindly asked to move along, and the breaking point of the situation was ISS attacking us. After that incident, I had the unfortunate experience of discussing the problem with Count Tassesine, where I was talked down to and ordered about.
We co-habitate Delve mainly with BoB, but unlike yourselves, we are not restricted by being alliance pets and are a completely separate entity. If you guys got scared because we based out of Period Basis for a day or two (as a launching point for southern ops), thats your own problem. When Molle kicked you out, I said I'd respect the grace period. That grace period conviently ends approximately ten minutes before the war goes active.
My patience with your entire alliance has run out. You will now face the consequence of your holier-than-thou attitude and general idiocy.
Good Day.

There will be an official statement from the ISS shortly with regards to this action. Until that time, it's rather silly to speculate as to its causes and consequences, because people are sure to bring their biases and misunderstandings to the table when speaking in a public forum.
Furthermore, let it be known though that the ISS Marginis outpost in KDF-GY is open for business and thriving, and no hostile action will change that. I take my responsibility to protect ISS assets very seriously and will vigorously protect these assets against anyone who would disrupt the natural flow of trade.

Still found ironic, that after being the current target of BoB enemies (teorically due our friendship with them) we get attacked by someone that demonize us just cause we are an evil megacorp. And they decide us to attack when BoB setup a rules that the smallcorps can't stand.
So it's right you are the Eve saviours and any work or contract that goes against your own perception of reality mean we are evil right?

ISS do not stand alone in this most cynical of wars that they now find themselves subjected to. I salute ISS for all that they have done in EVE to date, for their approach to economics and the standards they have set to the whole universe.
This is a war born from petty jealousy. ISS should know that they have many allies at this time who will gladly stand against the uncivilised masses that wish to wreck some of the most significant work that has taken place in EVE thus far.
