i've done it with the low slot layout of energized adaptive nano(faction, same stats as t2) sml t2 rep magstab 2 cpr
and as long as I was moving, it wasn't an issue tanking almost the entire pocket, i'm pretty sure I could go a 2nd magstab dropping the nano but I 'misplaced' my enyo

Personally I'd drop the blasters and fit rails, preferably 125mms.
Although you won't do as much damage, you'll kill the rats quicker because you can open up on them at a greater range.
You can kill off the frigates extremely fast with rails, you can't with blasters. Once the frigs are gone tanking the cruisers is simple. Your signature is too large! Please resize it according to the forum guidelines. Jacques Archambault

Yup, 125mm rails will sort it out for you.

Its doable w/ the right skills, equipment, and tactics:
Hi 4 Blasters (best you can fit) Rocket Launcher (get all your skills up on this) Rockets Defenders
Med AB T2 Webber/Recharger if you have cap issues
Low Small Repper Hardener Whatever else ya want
Its been a few patches since I used an Enyo, but this should still work. Tactic . . . approach the rats on level two then draw them away from the main mass so you dont aggro the whole complex (with higher skills the Enyo can tank the complex). If you do this enough times you can isolate the BSs. If your tank is getting probs, switch to Defenders to reduce the damage. Remember to keep on moving . . . stay away from large collidable objects which can slow you down and make you an easy target.
To kill the BS you need to alternete between rockets and defenders when your tank is getting low. After your tank has recovered, switch back to rockets. It took me a while to get my skills high enough to generate the DPS to kill the BS. If your setup doesn't work w/ this tactic, you will need to up your skills.

Don't use hardners, you do not need them. If you are taking more damage then you can repair with a tech 2 rep then you are doing something very, very wrong. Stop ****ing off the entire the spawn at once. I have done the second stage of the level 4s more times then I can count with an enyo and I never get bellow 1/2 armor.
About your setup...
Hi: There is no reason to use a nos, you should not be having cap problems with decent skills. Use the extra PG to fit a nuetron or two.
Mid: Drop the web, it is not needed. Replace it with a cap 2 recharger.
Upgrade your AB to a ~160% base AB.
Low: Drop one caprelay and add another tech 2 dmg mod. You will need it to break the 2.5m BS tank.
This is a good guide to what you need to do.

You should not have to use defenders against the BS. If you are having to use defenders then I would suggest getting a better AB or working on your navigation skills. I can orbit the BS at 1km and passive shield tank it's damage output from the only source of dmg that it can hit me with, it's missiles.
On an ending note; railguns will not break the BS's tank, so stop suggesting them. Imho, railguns suck for NPC work. Sure they can hit the target further out, but they require more shots to kill a target, and they can not break high bounty NPCs tanks.

Sacraligeous but works
4 Nuet II AB shield booster II/Gisti Dmg mod's/PDU
another alternative, use an Ish'kur, it can still kill the BS in 7min, and fit a scrambler if any one else trys to steal your key's
also if any one left heavy drones in the 2nd stage, scoop n' launch for an easy ride

My setup for 'plex running is very similar, except I use and adaptive nano plate instead of the second cap recharger.
I have run a Guristas 4/10 many times in my Enyo, and I can't imagine Serpentis would be much different. At first in the 4/10 I ran, I had a horrible problem tanking with all the NPCs agroing me at once, so i found that a good way to do it was to grab the agro of a few npc's at a time and move them away from the main group (about 30km away atleast) and them killing the off and procceeding to the next small group. It takes a while but it gets the job done. I've used this same tactic to solo the first stage of an Angels 5/10 too. Perhapse a simple change of approach, rather than a change in setup is what you need.
