ok, that really gets my goat.
BoB regularly engage outnumbered. Blobbing is a tactic employed by people who dont want to fight - we always want to fight.
Well pardon me, I just unfortunately 80% of the time that I've been in on a skirmish Bob usually outnumbers the agressors, and when you come out of the woodwork, it's scary (esp when you watch map). Maybe calling you the new blobbers was off, how about just plain killmail thirsty? :) _______________________________________________

Either that, or contact me, since FIX does have a diplomat who's there just for that kind of question, and that happens to be me.

Hey ho.
Unless anyone higher up than me posts to the contrary, this may as well be taken as an official ISS word. I'm Middle Commmand, and the High Command isn't here at the moment.
ISS is not going to attack BoB, either openly or surreptitiously. If we wanted to commit suicide, we'd just disband; it'd be cheaper and we wouldn't have to wait around for BoB to kill us all.
ISS has travel and operating rights in FAST space, not in FIX home space. AFAIK BoB don't have travel rights there, and even if they do, it's a condition of those rights that you do not attack other people who also have them.
BoB has not declared any intention of actively hunting down ISS ships. In fact, several BoB pilots have posted already in thist thread that they have no such intention. They have made clear that they operate an NBSI policy throughout 0.0. That means if they run into us by accident, they'll shoot us. *THAT* means that we have to list them as hostile to us. Not as -10 KOS, merely as hostile, so our pilots know that they may be shot at. Since we don't operate an NBSI policy, we have to consider all alliances who do so to be openly hostile to us. This is why we try to negotiate "outside of your home space" NAPs with all parties. Ideally, we'd get BoB to agree to ignore us elsewhere in EVE, and just kill any of us who breach their own space, but if such a deal is not possible, so be it.
We don't consider BoB hostile enough to take any particular action about it. We stay out of their space, and hope to not run into them anywhere else.
ISS retains its intention to stay politically neutral on the global EVE scale. We use our standings on a business basis; it's entirely possible for us to have NAPS with alliances at war with each other. It's also entirely possible for us to retain our working relationship with FIX, even if they are closely allied to BoB. Their political allegiance is no concern of ours, we have only a business agreement.
As for "jubblies", where I grew up that's a slang term for certain parts of the female anatomy, and if that means BoB want to share our supply of exotic dancers, I'm sure we can arrange a suitable rental fee.

Are we assuming this is an ISS alt trying to make BoB look bad; or a BoB alt trying to fool us into thinking the assault will be Sunday when it's actually Thursday; or just a general alt trying to stir up trouble for no good reason?
And either way, can I join in the flaming?
BoB have more sense than trying to hurt ISS by taking down the outpost. We don't *own* the outpost. We just run it on behalf of its shareholders. Taking it away from us is costing somebody somewhere a 35-billion-ISK investment, but it's not ISS.

Or they might just curse and abandon their money. Either way, the point is, if you wanted to attack ISS you'd go for all of our POS dotted around the universe. It's not like they're hard to find; most of our hosts allow us to claim sovereignty.
If your only concern is having lots of people to fight, you could pick on pretty much anybody and get more targets than you will out of us. See my earlier point about ISS basically disintegrating if an enemy the size and strength of BoB openly attacked us. All the corps would just leave, because we, and they, know damn well we couldn't stand up to you in a fight.

ISS is a parasite =\ , *remembers when they tried to kill RF and how he described the attack and starts to laugh* They dont take over forcefully like the Goau'ld so i think the proper term here would be a Tok'ra, yeah thats it they live in a symbiotic relationship until the host finnaly realises that the Tok'ra has screwed him over, so he goes and gets it removed.

This is my personal and my corps views and not in anyway meant to give a FIX perspective.
Quote: I was informed that FIX definately frowns upon shooting either BOB or FIX in FIX space. So, does fix say, Screw off ISS, screw off BOB (less likely), or screw the both of them?
well if you shoot either i think you will find the responce goes like "f1, f2, f3, f4, ect"
Quote: What happens when BOB shoot BA in FIX space
If anyone wants to kill BA I welcome it.
Might even give them free ships and ammo to do so .
Quote: And don't forget that the main reason that FIX even started is because Black Avatar initially got the ball rolling against CFS (long time ago), and started the movement of Fix. Please note that most of the founding corps in FIX have a fair amount of EX-BA who went to establish that area, while BA went to Fountain.
As for BA starting FIX lmfao. YouÆre still just as arrogant as you were when you taxed people for defending JK-FIX.
I have no issue with the combat pilots within BA or those that have left over the years, but your leaders...... "cant say it here or i'll get a ban" ----------------------------------------------- . . NBSI = Not Blue Shoot It
Blue = everyone we were shooting last time you logged on Not Blue = everyone else |

Dear lameass alt,
This is, without doubt, THE worst attempt I have ever seen at attempting to fake a post.
Btw, it's "Quiet" not "quite".
Oh and more to the point, if we post orders on Friday they only refer to the upcoming Sunday, WHICH HAS NOW PAST!
Next time you are going to completely fake a post, at least try to get it right :|

Jesus, i am hardly away on a business trip for 2 days and coming back i see this thread ^^ I am not actually High Command of ISS, except for sales, but i am more then sure that ISS has no intentions to attack BoB or anyone else as it would be a breach of our charter, with such a move we would kill ourselves as we would let one of our prime principles down. If in any case, someone from ISS enters space where he should not go or opens hositlities, then ISS management will exspell such members without mercy.
Besides this i am realy tired of that BoB <--> ISS thing. What is the problem here ?? BoB terminated our business contract, we moved out and made a Press release about it. Nothing more nothing less. BoB considers us neutral as far as i know and we do the same for BoB. If they shoot us in 0.0 due to their NBSI policy, so may it be, others do so as well so nothing new for us. So all you alts and warmongers do me a favour and stop this stuff please. I cannot stand it any longer.
Regarding ISS Marginis outpost. If anyone plans to take it over let them try, it is their right to do so. Marginis stands for free trade and a neutral segment of space and it is not ISS owned. It is the impersonification of what ISS stands for and i think this is why some people want to see it fall.
Nuff said.

Crappy Intel 4TL.
To set the record straight - BNC has more than 3 Dreads because you can fit 35 Harvesters on a Moros for maximum 'roid pwnage. RKK has no Dreads and are mostly Diana's slave freighter pilots these days anyway. Evol is using all of this effort to build a Super Titan (l33t Titan) that can blow up the NPC stations in Aridia in one shot.
I mean, seriously, if you're going to fake some intel at least make it sound plausible.

I am a BoB pilot. I was heavily involved with some work with ISS prior to ISS being booted form BoB space (which I was not happy about, but I understand and accept the reasons for it....) I am also a director of a BoB Corp. I'm also privy to the most sensitive data of BoB's dealings with ISS.

hehe...principles and laws are there to be broken.
Anyway, nothing last for ever. So, even though you have your goals and agenda, there is allways possibility for you to change it and start doing some things differently. I guess, because of that , ppl tend to make up stories that might be based on imagination but sooner or later may become reality.

I think you are not right here. ISS lives from its charter as the ISS is no military threat to anyone of its host alliances. Chagning our agenda would not only be a change of goals or whatever but it would be the denial of our very most reason of survival and business base. ISS cannot and will never be an aggressor in any inter alliance war. If ISS decides to change that anytime in the future i will be the first one to leave as i am living to my principles and so is my corp.
