I have the advanced learning skills at lvl 4 except Charisma
I have basic Charisma learning at lvl 4
I have a +2 Charisma implant and a +1 Willpower
I intend to train leadership 4 to 5 and squadron command to 5, and atleast one specialized to 5, to use gangmods. (armor or shield ones)
To train basic Charisma to 5 would take 5d 5hr
To train basic shield-gang skill 4 to 5 would take 10d 15hr
To train basic armor-gang skill 3 to 4 would take 1d 9hr
Did i miss anything relevant...i dont think so..
SO how much would i gain, and when, if i first trained the advanced Charisma to lvl 4?
Anybody feel like digging their brains into this one for me? 
EDIT; urrrr maybe some attributes 
Intelligence 14
Perception 20
Charisma 13
Willpower 20
Memory 20

I suggest getting the EVE character manager from Future Falcon Tools which will to this much faster, but I'll give it a shot.
I'm assuming you have learning V.
So as a Brutor you have 6 base CHA.
6+4(Empathy)+2(Implant) = 12
12x1.1(Learning V) = 13.2 = 13 truncated
Adding 5.5 (Presence to IV) = 18.7
18.7/13.2 = 1.418x the CHA
Leadership uses CHA/WIL or WIL/CHA, your WIL is 20.9 truncated
So if we assume WIL=CHA in leadership (you can work it out for each skill) then rather than PRI+SEC/2 I'll just use (CHA+WIL)*0.75 This gives a pre Presence IV of 13.2+20.9 = 34.1 * 0.75 = 25.575 Post Presence IV = 34.1+5.5 = 39.6 * 0.75 = 29.7.
29.7/25.575 = 1.161x the training rate or 0.86x the time needed.
So, by those calculations your training time in Leadership will decrease an average of 14%, CHA Pri skills will drop more than CHA Sec.

lol..i get headaches from trying to understand all you did..refer to myself as a half-numbers-dyslectic ;P
Trying to get the char manager instead but url aint working atm. Thanks though =)

Yea actually i managed to dl it about an hour after i posted that..lol.. Never used it before tbh, it is an excellent piece of tool!
