BECAUSE THEY CAN RESPAWN WHY WOULD YOU REWARD BOUNTY FOR JUST KILLING ONE SHIP OF AN IMMORTAL CAPSUPLEER??????
But seriously, the bounty system doesn't work, it's just a 3 minute job but it doesn't fit into the EVE universe. The reasons are too obvious.
So, CCP, are you going to review the bounty system and turn it into something worthwhile? |

Concord doesn't set the bounties, other capsuleers do. Also it requires to to destroy their pod not just their ship.
Unless you mean NPCs in which NPCs aren't capsuleers. |

A better bounty/bountyhunter system has been talked about for ages.
No idea if they have any pratical ideas for it though although I'd guess it would involve joining concord like a deputy sherrif/privateer who hunts pirates with negative ratings...
But with all the metagaming around you'd never be sure it wasn't a way to con people. You don't have any ideas by any chance?
