as you can see from the screeny, the npc has a SCRAMBLER with the ring and shooting rings, but its 15km away
a scrambler that works at 15km? just because its a named npc dosnt make it usual...

theres 20km scrams... why not 15 ?

As I said, it was a SCRAMBLER, if it was a disruptor it wouldnt be such a big deal would it?
Disruptors have small flash of blue dots, scramblers have rings, thats a ring at 15km mind you.
(people have really short attention spans...)
