CCP seems to give away unlimited amount of mineral to rich higth SP folk.
You see, now there Efficient Module factory that use less min then standart amount to make modules for a bit longer production times.
Problem is, there a lot of modules that cost a mil Isk and could be produced in a few minutes.
So, now there is unlimited mineral loop for unlimited mineral production. Produce you Armor hardeners for 75% mins and refine them for 100% mins.
I am sick of CCP introducing loopholes, like unlimited Isogen loophole, Unlimited Trit for 2.2 ISK loophole. That just stew everyone but CCP did not do anything about trit loophole for half an year! Now we have unlimited minerals loophole!

I haven't tested it, but that was a bug that was in ages ago and was the reason that the mineral requirements were increased to match production efficiency.
If what you are saying is true, I guess I'll have to get myself a large POS ASAP
TBH though, I do hope he's wrong here. ---------

For unbelievers. CCP has very bad truck record about this kind of issues. By some reason, they do not believe it is important; even it is screw game play for majority of people and gives unlimited resources to few.
About trit. Most assume that shuttles are cheapest NPC source of trit. No, befor RMR it was couplings arrays. Refining coupling array was giving unlimited amount of trit for 2.2 ISK. Anyone wander why price on trit drop drastically after freighters were build? Or why there was so mach stuff on market below build prices when mineral market prices were high? That because some did have access to unlimited amount of mins for below market prices and after freighters there were no any reason to buy trit form general populations. Why mass trit consumers would place region wide trit orders, wait for them to fill and collect enough trit from all over the place to build capital components? When they can just buy coupling arrays, refine them and they have all trit in one place in one go. It is cheaper then any other way. So, now, all you newbieÆs who spend unlimited boring hour mining trit and selling it for low prices. Now you know why. It is simply because CCP does not care.
Or Isogen exploit? I do not remember exactly, but I believe one of laser butteries were refining isogen for prices cheaper then NPC buy it. So, unlimited Isogen loophole existed for some time.
So, CCP policy is to ignore new characters, but give characters with lots of SPÆs loopholes that made them immensely rich!

Off topic here but you might want to consider changing the "then" to "than"...
Sounds like after you fall down with the 10 lions, you "then" rise up (from the dead mind you) and go stand with the One thousand sheep
the "than" will get your point across better meaning "instead of" standing with the sheep, you would fall down with the lions

If you wanted this exploit fixed without people using it, why didn't you submit it through a petition in game titled exploit so anyone who wanted to do this once reading it would not have gotten the chance?
Bloody brilliant you are.

Problem is, CCP does not fix exploites.
Coupling array cheap trit was a clear expoite, seens all other NPC good prices are based on calculation Standart prices * 2.5.
Developers responce (in forums) was : "We can not reduce amount of trit they are refined to because it would be unfair to people who bougth refining arrays."
Insted, they doubled prices, making owners of Pois stuff 2 times Richer owernigth!
That upset me mach, because it shows complite desregard from developer to new players.
New players gift from CCP was removing 3rd low slot from Executioner and destroy module that was fit in that slot! That is fair from CCP point of view!

Well yes, we all know that there's a certain lack of touch with the game on CCP's part. Not too much though. I just wish they'd stop giving those damn freebies all the time. Indeed the most profitable business is exploiting CCP's mishaps on patch days. You can make billions in seconds.
So back to the test server!

This is serious issue and you are absolutely right to publicise it, thank you.
The balance of Eve's economy is the most essential feature of the game IMO and anything that threatens it threatens the viability of the game itself in the long term. Amongst all of the exceptionally well-qualified programmers on staff at CCP, I very much hope they have a decent economist on the payroll to analyze the long terms effects of changes to the economy mechanics.
If not, then one day they will, we must hope.

Very ealry in Eve the was a problem that refineing with Prodution Effic skill retruned more minerals than were need to build with Min Effic. this made alot of poeple rich before it was eventualy fixed.
Now they did the same thing again?
Making the same obvious mistake twice is just plain incompetent.

After reading some of todays top posts it seems more to me, that EVE's "delicate" market is made to make a selected few rich people even more rich through loopholes and usage of information who never reaches the masses. And if something works just a tiny bit against them they whine a special way, letting everybody know that: many isk = right. I pity them and their fictive money.

I totally agree with what this post is about. Several player are far richer than should be possible mainly due to exploits. Rather than report these they exploit it till its fixed.
The economy is nowhere near balanced anymore thanks to these exploits. Like the recent Capital ship compeletion and returning of anything minerals/components. A few cruisers, the odd Battleship wouldn't have been to bad. But please.
Majority of players work hard to get there status. To then have other players wealth double/ tripled due to exploits and oversights. Its a proper kick in the teeth to every player who tries to compete and actually make something of himself.
Rollbacks need to be initiated. Or something similar. After all its just a game so when you are found to have used an exploit. Gain something via mistakes. You also get to lose it too when its addressed. |

Hotfix in -25% when recycling/refining modules/ships at all stations and throw in some garbage, metal scraps and toxic waste and its a done deal. Whilst on the subject make it so you can refine mods/ships at a pos refinery (75% is highest anyway here), or provide us with a pos recycler.
I always though it was stupid you could get every last thing back from perfect refine anyway.
