What the hell am I supposed to do!
This guy is a killing machine against what is mainly an industrial corp. |

You can talk to Cannibal and figure out what his price is to end the wardec. |

I've already tried that. He's taking it out on the corp because of what I've been saying on the forum. Is that against forum rules? |

Nope, saying stuff has consequences.
This is actually the first time I've heard of in-game retribution over forum posting. You must have really pushed his buttons one way or another. Good job.
Your options are:
- Talk to him and figure out what you can do to make the wardec drop (sounds like it isn't working)
- Hire allies to help
- Fight him
- Avoid him (there are plenty of ways to do so, no matter how industry-oriented you are)
- Disband corp, form new one (doesn't solve anything if he wardecs you again)
- Dock up and don't log on to Eve until he gets bored and drops the wardec
A tip, though: the last option is very un-fun, wastes your money, and is equivalent to surrendering to Kane. Take the fun route and do one of the other things. Rifterlings - small gang frigate PvP - lowsec pirate operation, newbie-friendly, free ship program; Join today! www.rifterlings.com

Try to learn from this war dec. As an industrial corp you will get war decced by random people on a semi regular basis, some who has a reason for the war dec, others that just picked your name out of a hat basically.
And who knows, maybe if you and your corp members show a good attitude about this Kane will be willing and able to give you valuable advice on how to handle future war decs that might have crippled your corp even more then this current war dec does.

When I was a young pod pilot we got decced and one of our guys just went 20 jumps away and kept playing (he was a mining pilot back then). The guys attacking didn't want to bother coming after him because they didn't want to waste an hour getting over to there. He happened to have a jump clone and could have skipped back to the originally site if they had actually tried. It ended up being quite entertaining in the long run as he ended up documenting a lot of it.

unlikely
there is only 2-3 people who are actually have any expereince in pvp (including me) all the rest are entirely industry and mining. In other words this entire corp is going to have to hide tommorow because one guy wants to beat me up.
And when is Kane going to show his face in this thread? |

Your only option then is to stand your ground and fight. Challenge him to a duel at high noon in a neutral system with the stakes that the loser has to leave town forever. There is a good chance that your show of sudden fortitude will scare him off and he won't show up and you'll be free to build your wares in peace for the rest of your days. No. EVE is a game where actions (even if that action is saying stuff) have consequences. For what it's worth, for all the forum whining you've done about stuff you don't actually understand (making threads complaining about balance when you've barely dipped your feet into PVP in particular...), I'm surprised he is the only one to wardec you.
Regardless, it's far easier to avoid a fight than force a fight. If you make proper use of the tools at your disposal (station insta-undock bookmarks, smaller/faster ships, local chat) then you can successfully avoid getting ganked all while making him pay a nontrivial amount of ISK ot maintain the wardec. Another option is to simply convo him and see what it would take ot resolve the issue. |

Is that against forum rules? That's an aspect of what is commonly called "the metagame". That is, the things you do outside of the game can have consequences inside the game, viz, your wardec. You do realise that whining and bitching on the forums about getting wardeced is going to encourage more people to wardec you?
p.s. It goes on minimum a week. The deccing corp then gets the opportunity to renew the wardec for another week |

War targets feed off your tears, so nut up and feed them your blood instead. Have everyone in your corp fit out a ship and take to the field. Fit out some DD, Logis, EWAR and tacklers and go after him. you may die a lot, but you will learn, and you might actually have some fun.
Next, Learn how to move around while at war. Set up station Instant warp out's, instant docks, gate bounces and system safes. Carry on mining or exploration or whatever it is that you do, just be smart about it and have someone picket the site, keeping an weather eye on D-Scan and local. Quit moving industrial's or have an out of corp alt move stuff around for you. Don't use autopilot, and check out gates before jumping. If you have enough people, train one to be a scout and report on any war targets in the immediate area.
And lastly, for the love of all that is holy, do not develop the mindset that you are a victim. Fight back. You may lose, but you will feel better about it. |

There's also one tactic that involves safe spots and cloaking device. Extremely annoying against those hisec pvp corps that actually want to kill you. More wars they have the better. Longer you can keep their attention the better. |

This is why you don't join a corp that only does Industry. In EVE, they say specialize. But as far as corps go, you want to be capable of doing everything if need be. |

I've been in contact with him and the only way he'll withdraw the dec is for me to fight him in my battleship. The one I spend -ú15s on to afford via plex and can't even use in missions. I'm not going to waste that kind of money on nothing. |

Sounds like you personally are being punished.
You can either take this as a learning opportunity on metagame mechanics and have some fun with it, or complain about how unfair it is and start walking down washout lane (Starship troopers anyone?? ) |
