Anyone got any idea on what is the fastest way to increase general Amarr Empire standing ?
My current Sarum Family standing is 9.45 with Connections and Social 4 (and I have 2 level 3 agents with 9.90 and 9.94) however my Amarr Empire seems stuck at 5.42 no matter who I run missions for.
I have always completed the storyline missions and never turned one down.
I'm trying to get the standing up for some of the COSMOS agents.

You answered your own question: Cosmos.
Faction of 5.42 is good enough for any Amarr lvl 4 q -12 agent. You should not have any problem taking to most Cosmos agents in Araz and getting their missions. Once you have done those, even the lvl 4s with good quality in the area should talk to you.

Are you saying all empire faction is capped at 5.42?
Wherever you went - here you are.

Yes 5.42 is good enough for any of the normal COSMOS agents but not the 3 'special' level 1 agents, for those i'm lead to believe you need 9.25 and 9.8 Amarr Empire standing.
At the moment I have started whoring for the war archives, see if that makes any difference.

Interesting theory. I just checked those agents but their info does not give any special requirements.
What or who led you to assume that you needed certain faction standing values to access them?

Sorry to say that your reply was neither informative nor helpful. It was also condescending without merit. You might want to check my standings in game at some point to get a clue who you're talking to here.
When you have something of substance to add, please do.
And people wonder why I have no trust in what someone was told by someone who knows someone who knew someone in another live and that someone had an aunt who told her visagist...

To Answer the original poster, you need to to work for more corps to raise your Empire Standings. Sarum Family is great, personal favorite , but try also working for the Navy, Emperor Family, perhaps others I have found this helps alot.
Also Do the Cosmos missions first, they will boost your standings the most.
As for the lvl 1 agents, you need 9.2 standings with either the Navy or Empire to talk to them, and they only have 1 mission each, with a nice bpc reward For God, Empire, and Sarum! |

Thank you, Kular, that's information I can work with.
I'll assume the 9.2 faction or corp threshold is based on personal experience even though your Amarr Navy corp standing displays as 8.88 in game (max 9.104 with Connectiosn 5) in game. I'll ask around to see if 9 would work as well and will run a few missions for the Federation Navy to raise my corp standing high enough to test in Algintal. |
