After careful analysis of the recent events, such as the battle of Luminaire, the murder of the minmatar leader, the fight between the Gallente and Minmatar, and Merimeth Saurum's wish to start the reclaiming once more, I cannot help but suspect that the "Eheduanni", known to the Jovians and leaders of the empires (see "Theodicy"), and who are also the largest reason for the Jovian's isolation, are behing some of these events. They have sleeper agents throughout all of the empires, who do not know what they truly are until they are activated. These people will become active in the interests of the Eheduanni when they are sent the command, and have been used to cause great chaos in the days leading up to the battle of Vak'Atioth (Please read "Theodicy"). I have reason to suspect that they are orchestrating the recent catastrophes, and I am going to keep a watchful eye over all of the empires... ((FYI nearly all of that information is ooc knowledge and only own to a few individuals... ie none of us. Vak'Atioth especially. There is a lot of the fiction that is unknowable to capsuleers or the general eve populace. If you started talking about some of those things people would just assume you insane and making no sense )) Sabik now, Sabik forever |

Don't dwell on the nay sayers.. You will become jaded.. Go toward the "light", says this insane capsuleer... It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then, and it's a poor sort of memory that only works backward.

One person's mad capsuleer is another person's visionary. Anyway EVE Fiction section is OOC, right? We speculate on all kinds of esoteric stuff that our characters wouldn't know. It's a fine tradition. |

I ordered templar one yesterday- I'm interested to know more about them- they aren't explained well in theodicy. This thread on the Backstage @ Eve-Inspiracy forums has a decent explanation of the Enhedduwhatsits. Obviously massive spoilers, though - for quite a bit of stuff in Templar One (hint: It actually has absolutely nothing to do with anything our characters could ever know about, and only tangentially touches on the rest of EVE's storylines).

Grab your tinfoil hats boys and girls.. To the OP, if you want to gain a deeper insight into some of the things the Enheduanni are using the Sleepers for, look at Zeitgeist Theory.. It is parallel with your own above musings..

What is the Enheduanni's plan? From what I find, they are the enemy of the Jove and they do stuff. "Selfishly interfere with the history that is yours to decide" is very vague. I can say that schools and teachers are "selfishly interfere with the history that is yours to decide" as they are telling you at many times how to thing and look upon things. Hell, parents are "selfishly interfere with the history that is yours to decide" to their kids in their way of raising them.
So just what is so bad about the Enheduanni? And just what would they do, shift power in their favour? I'm just gonna go ahead and see the Enheduanni as some grand puppeter that just pops up here and there to sat "just as planned" no matter what happens. Also: "They are said to possess absolute mastery of quantum physics and particle science and the tell tale sign of their presence is non-linear teleportation", that's just like saying "they are hiding in your closet and/or your bed, at the same time, but never where you are looking!".
If the Enchilada is trying to take over the empires, or the universe, or is just making the most grand plan to steal my sneakers, there is some 5, 6, 7 or so X00 000 capsulers that are fafing about and could just swoop down and grab all that space and be what the mostly are: total Richards against anyone that isn't themselves, and if that is the plan, it will be the laziest "just as planned" I will ever hear.
So please, tell me, just what is the conspiracy about? |

To expand a bit, what are the Enheduanni? Some alien race bent on domination? No. They are Jovians. That has been stated rather bluntly.
Jovian Elders, the ruling class of the old Jovian Empires.. So, just how old are they? The ones who maintain control of the Construct. The dreamscape that allowed the Jovians to survive, and live out a multitude of lifetimes in a time dilated environment. How many centuries, stretched to millenia, have they been there? They are not a breeding society, they are the same intelligences that have guided the Jove for thousands of years. It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then, and it's a poor sort of memory that only works backward.

But even the most insane people and theories can gain a signifigant following - numerous real life cults and the church of happyology are a proof of that. |

Eve Fiction is usually OOC.
There are a lot of theories OOC and few IC, because there is real no public known in-game lore concerning them.
At their core the Enheduanni are the devs, when they move the story line. They are Eve's version of the Wizards to allow a little hand waving over what we know as players is the GMs at work.
However the Enheduanni are more than that, better than the wizards because they've been woven deeply into the fabric of not just the lore but the very fabric of Eve. In the same way, we see that even the apparent god like Jove suffer from the same delusions and fears concerning the unknown as the more mundane do. So the Enheduanni are the boogy men.
We know they influenced Takmahl and probably some of the other ancient races. They like to interfere, they nurture they, disrupt, at other times neglect. They never arrogate, they are rather like caretakers, sometimes they take out the rubbish, sometimes they plant a new flower bed.
