Suggestion: Contracts "You will get" box filters Ships and their fitted modules then their contents individually. So Modules then Contents.
E.g: Vexor, contains: 1600 plate, Ogre II, etc. Myrmidon, contains: Medium Armor repairer, Ogre II
Keywords: Contract, Quality of Life, Ease of Use.
Note: Yeah, the contract window is a bit irritating to me atm. |

Note. Speaks for itself really. Browsing through multiple alliance contracts searching for the ship is a pain I'd rather not have to go through, thank you. :)

For solo pilots. An adjustable proximity alerrt. When a ship comes within the range selected you are alerted by sound and a coloured bracket on the offending ship. Possibly even a high slot active module as a proximity sensor.
Alternatively for non solo pilots it could work with a filter. Filter out your friendly ship hull types.
It would need to be a reactivated module every cycle. 30 or 60 seconds. Don't want people afking with it |

Note:
This was mentioned on Reddit today, and I thought I'd help by creating a FE request.
The "Effects" toggle allows us to disable gas clouds cause FPS issues with lower grade graphics cards. This has been a problem for a long time.
The problem is this also disables essential intel we can get from looking at ships, such as active shield/armor hardeners and repair animations. Being able to completely disable gas clouds for performance without removing other effects has been requested for a while.
Many of these gas clouds have been removed from PvE areas, or are being refactored to address the performance issues, however there are still many of them in DED sites.
Please see the dev posts in this thread from 2013 for more detail on why this is so important. |

The removing of the contact list limit would be one of the things that would make our life as NRDS players (Provi-Bloc yay!) a bit more bearable. When playing NRDS you really need to manage corp- and alliance wide contacts in order to keep tabs on who's blue, and who's most definitely not. This is quite a lot of work, but we do love our principles.
The contact limit does throw a wrench in the works by limiting the number of entities you can set standings to. When an alliance for which you have standings set fractures and you suddenly have to manage the splinters separately...you aren't happy. And you possibly end up with a lot of problems with people shooting the wrong people in the face. Or (also not good) not shooting the right people in the face.
So this is a bit of a thing for us. I spoke to CCP Fozzie at Evesterdam yesterday (that was awesome) and he thought this was something pretty minor that could be fixed really easily. (But then again, you never know for sure until you try to change it, of course).

Yesterday at EVEsterdam CCP FoxFour showed us a few things. Amongst others was the ability to use a command from a website to push a route to a client. Looking at it i think this will be a great help for you.

Because of the introduction of the Mobile Tractor Unit, the need to tractor in many wrecks isn't as important, reducing the popularity of the Noctis. Many sites can be salvaged with just a Destroyer refitted with Small Salvage Tackle rigs. This increases the access chance to be able to salvage T2 salvage and Large Sleeper wrecks. This works reasonably well when you have the ability to switch ships, such as Nullsec or a wormhole residence.
With the introduction of the Small Shattered wormholes, and Astero and Stratios for long term exploration, the intention seems to be for you to take one ship into deep space, and stay there for a long period of time, without access to change ships.
Having modules you can equip via a Mobile Depot to increase salvaging chance would allow you use to Salvaging Drones on wrecks that currently there is no way to successfully salvage. As well, as T3 Destroyer in a Small Shattered Wormhole would be able to refit Salvagers in the highslots and these modules, to more quickly salvage from Sleeper sites. These ships would typically not want to destroy rigs to swap in/out while in deep space.
The Noctis and Primae could probably both be repurposed for other roles, although there are probably niche cases where the Noctis is still preferred for combat salvaging, such as C5/C6 Capital Escalations. The Primae is completely obsolete from the introduction of the Epithal. |

When blocking people, I've often found that I also want to set standings for them, as well as adding a tag ("Spammer", "Flamer", "Willfully Ignorant" and the like) to remind myself why I blocked them so I don't ever unblock them.
While it isn't exactly a difficult task to simply add their contact details and then do a second quick right-click > block, it would be nice to be able to add the block from the same window as the contact. Ideally, this info would also be relayed if you chose to send a notification. |

Allow you to drag Alliance names from for instance the War targets list (or when an alliance name is linked) into your standings list.
I know this would help a lot of merc alliances who do wardecs etc. cuz constantly adding alliance with typing etc. is such a pain

In the missions list window, could you please add 2 more columns, one for the agent base/station and one for the mission's system? The agent's name doesn't really say much about his/her location for example, unless you click and read more. It would be really nice to see those at a glance and save some clicks. |

Currently the downtime notification blocks screen input until clicked away. Please move that to the less intrusive notifications that can get dragged around. |

1. Overview filtering out unpiloted ships - It was on the CSM minutes but I do not recall what CCP thought about that suggestion
2. The ability to give medals to people outside your corporation to anyone you choose as long as they allow it.
3. Player version of the fitting tool that devs use for mass fitting.
4. Damage notification but for energy vamp and neutralizers so you know how much you are being drained or draining them, this is especially important for Energy Vampires since it will change unless you are in a Blood Raider faction ship.
5. Ships with refitting functionality like the Nestor or a carrier can open their refitting to anyone, standings based as well as fleet and corp based. The same could be done for Ship Maintenance Arrays that is assuming Citadels will allow that functionality without docking. |

As mentioned here:
Tweaks to the ingame chat channel finder - like corp finder - so that people can list public channels and make them available to other players, and to allow people to search for them easily. Particularly for player language channels, but really all public channels being searchable would be handy (or a way to create adverts for them).
Also a way to integrate finding player channels into the NPE. I get the impression people tend to struggle with this early on.

I am new to this forum so others might have ask for the following improvements to buy/sell orders already.
Order creation:
1) When you create a sell order, do not bug the person with a popup if within 1% of the lowest sell in region. This will cut down on spurious popups.
2) When you create a buy order, do not bug the person with a popup if within 1% of the highest buy in region. This will cut down on spurious popups.
3) When you create a sell order, PLEASE warn with a distinctive popup if 5 times or higher or lower than the lowest sell in region. This will help catch off by 1 digit errors.
4) When you create a buy order, PLEASE warn with a distinctive popup if 5 times or higher or lower than the highest buy in region. This will help catch off by 1 digit errors.
Order modification:
1) When you change the price of a buy/sell order by plus or minus 1% or less, do not bug the person with a popup. This will cut down on spurious popups.
2) When you change the price of a buy/sell order to more than 5 times higher (500%) or lower (20%) than it currently is, PLEASE warn with a distinctive popup. This will help catch off by 1 digit errors.
Order fulfillment:

3) If you attempt to create a buy/sell order and it is immediately fulfilled, do not change broker fee. This will cut down on the pain of having your buy/sell order time set when you just wanted to buy/sell something immediately.

New icons for bomb launchers and warp disruption field generators.
As of now, bomb launcher share icons with probe launchers and WDFGs share icons with regular warp disruptors. Variations on these icons already exist, why not make these unique? So I tossed up some mockups last night.

The interdiction sphere launcher has a similar icon to the probe launcher, but has orange lights instead of blue. I propose red lights to differentiate them from the other two and to signify their threat level.

Again, the Interdiction launcher is orange, so I propose making the WDFGs orange as well in order to tie these modules together as their primary functions are roughly similar.

Currently the GCT's implementation is purely client side and when the timer starts (or finishes) disappearing - it completely ignores if the user is still under the gate-cloak or not (for remaining - usually - few hundreds miliseconds depending on lag and time left to the next tick update).
Obvious example: you start to move manually or align (regardless of the actual reason - burning away/back from bubble, cloak/mwd trick, etc.); the moment you issue the command the timer disappears - but until the server confirms you actaully broke the gate cloak - you can only guess when you can use modules.
So the suggestion is: improve the GCT's behavior so it doesn't begin its short "disappear" animation until it receives confirmation from the server about the gate cloak being actually broken. |
