I'm wondering if people would be willing to join an incursion corp to: 1. Form fleets for running incursions together 2. Have a tax that will work as a Ship Replacement Program for any and all ships once the fund get's large enough.
If anyone is interested please mail me or convo me if I'm online. My corp is currently just me, but this is my plan for it. |

Not at all my goal. I'm just a noob myself, less than a month old and I just finally got into a T2 fit Blaster Rokh. I fly with TVP but want to form a corp so I can play with other people and get to know them better. Possibly in the future being a well known Incursion group. I understand the sarcasm, but I don't plan on anyone with an officer fitted ship to be joining my corp right now, and I don't plan on anyone having access to the whole corp wallet. |

Because wardeccing a group of people who run incursion is a good way to get juicy killmails. You know in advance the ships will be sporting blingy stuff and by wardeccing them, you don't even have to suicide gank as they become legal target. |

You cant fit the T2 modules (even in offline mode) to a ship if you have have got the skills to use them...
Less than a month old and in a blaster fit Rokh... What is it, T2 Small Blasters?
You don't even want to be looking at Battleships until at least a few (to six) months in. Hell I'm a few months old and I cant fly anything bigger than a cruiser still. Concentrate on your core skills, then your support skills (Shields or Armour, and Weapons systems).
As for your corp idea: Right now, dont bother. I am not saying that to be nasty but incursion runners wont fly with someone like you who is new, doesnt have the skills and knows nothing about the games incursion mechanics.
My advice would be to back off, get back in cruisers and join an ingame incursion channel. Ask in there about fits, skills needed and information on incursions.
I cant be any plainer than that without coming across as a di*k. Quoted from Doc Fury: "Concerned citizens: Doc seldom plays EVE on the weekends during spring and summer, so you will always be on your own for a couple days a week. Doc spends that time collecting kittens for the on-going sacrifices, engaging in reckless outdoor activities, and speaking in the 3rd person." |

I think what he meant to say is that he can now fit T2 tank on it.
Either way, assuming this is not a troll/scam, you have a great many things to learn about this game before considering creating your own corporation - let alone one with incursions in mind. This is not your typical "form a raid guild" activity like in other games and you would be doing a disservice to anyone who joined you. Fair point, T2 tank is relatively short in terms of training. To OP wait until you do want to train T2 Large Blaster and T2 Large Rails. You will want to shoot yourself, there is a good two (ish) months for each... ~45 days without any supporting skills. But linking someone else's saved fit into recruiting channel takes much less time. |

Large T2 blasters alone are just about a three month train... ~45 days without any supporting skills. A blank character without remap or implants takes 79d 7h to get Large Blaster Spec 1, 87d 15h (just shy of three months) to get large blaster spec 4.
Getting Large Rail specialization to 4 is then a further 28d 14h.
Of course there will be a remap involved and hopefully some implants, but so will tanking, fitting and spaceship command skills. Science and Trade Institute [STI] is an NPC entity and as such my views do not represent those of the entity or any of its members

Is this a troll or is the OP really a freshy (unsuspecting) meat who's unfamiliar with forum GD, the incursion dramas and EVE players psychopathy? :) Forming an incursion exclusive corp is something you DO NOT want to do, for various reasons - unless you're planning to run the lowsec/nullsec incursions. Drop the idea.

While i do agree that your currently a bit to young to start your own corp (its very different to run a corp in EVE then say..a guild in WOW), i can understand why its appealing.
However, recruiting, especially for a young corp can be extremely difficult so i would advice you to read over this thread to get an idea on the different ways you can recruit, what to look out for, what to avoid, and various notes on places you can advertise your self.

Any battleship you're flying after only a month of training, even with the cerebral accelerator, is not something you want to fly in PvP or PvE. You lack the gunnery supports to deal much damage, or even project it well. You probably have fitting mods in your low slots and your capacitor skills won't keep up with hardeners and blasters.
It easily takes a year to train the skills to fly a battleship well. All of these 3 month old characters flying horribly fit Machariels with named guns and fitting mods in the lows are being terribly misled by terrible players. Twitter: @EVEAndski

I dont doubt that, I meant when he eventually trains them (or works towards training them) there is such a long wait for the skills that he will want to shoot himself. 1) his lowest resist is probably EM, around 68% without boosts
2) your journal will list every single constellation that has an incursion

I currently do 730 dps with just my guns, and I have a 1:30 cap life full burn. MWD and everything running. My low slots are 4 faction Magnetic Fields Stabs for DPS and 1 DC II. With proper skills that dps would be ~1100 without implants, 1250 with. You're doing just over half the damage the ship is capable of. That's kind of what he is getting at. Your applied DPS is even lower, because you don't have the skills boosting your range or the navigation skills to get there as quickly. Your cap is probably around half from just shooting? So when you need to use the MWD you have maybe... 2 cycles? At that point your cap will be getting below the 30% mark where the recharge rate starts to drop significantly and you will cap out.
As for your faction mag stabs, i'll give you a fair warning since you appear to be a genuine new player. People will kill you for those. You have 4 of them, each has a 50% chance to drop when you die. That's a reasonable expectation of getting 230+ mil in loot. People can and will suicide gank you in high sec at a profit when they find you.
And find you they will, as you advertised the potential drops and your below average tank (thanks to lacking skills) in general discussion. There are NPC locator agents in-game that will tell a ganker what system you are currently in. Science and Trade Institute [STI] is an NPC entity and as such my views do not represent those of the entity or any of its members

Exactly my point. You have a full set of blasters on a Rokh with 4 faction magstabs and you're dealing less DPS than I would in a blaster Rokh with only two T2 mag stabs.
Faction mods are not intended to make up for insufficient skill training. You're flying nothing but a gift basket with faction mods and god only knows what else for the next guy with a few friends in tornadoes. Twitter: @EVEAndski
