If you don't know how to fit it, don't fly it.

QFT
and a good tip for pheonix pilots is: unless you have a POS to kill, don't even bother

Moros can do some damage in fleet battles. Same goes to the Revelation. And the Naglfar for sniping can hurt a bit.

Why do people always flame people asking for dreadnaught setup? It's BS, they don't know how to fit it so they ask for a good setup. Everyone has to learn somehow

yes, everyone has to learn somehow, and some TIME. and if that time hasn't passed yet, you probably shouldn't be in a dread

To start off you need to put 3 Citadel Torps 1 Siege Module in the Hi-Slots.
Hope this helps.

Edited by: Sarmaul on 22/01/2006 22:04:11 the general theory of setting up a dread is that maintaining a good tank is 3458345834583475% more important than kicking out another 10% damage. Use the QuickFit tool stickied at the top and run every setup through the cap simulator - the longer you can keep everything running, the better. Remember, it's not about tanking large amounts of damage for a very short period of time, you need a sustainable tank.
Finally, don't spare any expence and fit as many faction hardeners/cap rechargers/boost amps/etc as you can afford - the payoff (especially the cap ones) is well worth it, and is often vital for getting a sustainable tank.

what loan??? i got the hulk BPO hahaha. Anyway back to the original question. Pal, i would definately get a MOROS dreadnought, skill for that one instead. The drones on it are deadly, i can kill anything and everything in my MOROS, there great ships. Or alternatively get a carrier, thoughs ships are going to be great fun, what with fighter drones that can follow enemies in to warp, got to be worth every penny.
