Ive been running some lvl 1 missions from 2 agents at the same station (knocking out 2 at once seems to be working ok)but im having a problem with the loyalty offers. They keep offering me some fat money making deals but they all involve illegal items. I saw in rookie chat some guy transporting small arms and a customs agent blew his ship away. I keep turning down the offers for illegal good transports but seem to get nothing else but more narcotics, slave , etc. offers. Im confident that I would not stand a chance of getting these items back to the station without being discovered. Im aproaching 2k loyalty with these agents. Any advice?

I've never tried running illegal goods. Though I've actually wanted to try, but haven't been able to find the various illegal items they want me to get. So as far as completing those offers I can't help you.
I generally just pass on those offers altogether. I think higher quality/level agents will start offering you some good stuff once you build up a lot of loyalty/standing with that particular agent. I've gotten a couple of decent implant offers, and a couple of non-illegal goods offers that have netted me a fair profit.
I think it's just a matter of patience.

if you build up stupid levels of loyalty points with high level agents they can offer you faction ships as rewards, even faction battleships.

Better not try for the faction ships until you are on a level 3 or level 4 agent.
Takes 75k for faction frigate, 350k for faction cruiser and 500k(?) for faction battleship I believe.

I have never been offered rewards in exchange for illegal goods, and I have done a lot of agent missions of various factions all level 1, ranging from -15 quality to +19 quality.
I have however been offered a ship in exchange for loyalty pts and a ridiculously small lump of materials (about 10k ISK in materials, or 10 minutes of ratting and reprocessing junk mods). Twice I have gotten the same offer from the same agent, a Heron frigate for these minerals and loyalty pts. Both times I took it, I sold both Herons for 75K each. Pretty decent reward for using minerals from reprocessed looted junk mods.
If I were to save up loyalty pts, would this agent perhaps offer me a better frigate?

Wait, I've been offered a frigate at 8k loyalty with an agent... 75k seems like a long way for me so far, but I KNOW i was offered a kestrel by the same level 1 agent.
7.5k wouldnt seem right either, as it barely took any effort to get that much loyalty.

I pass on the illegal trade loyalty offers. Figure I will just keep on banking the LP and who knows what will come down the pike.

He's talking about faction ships, not standard ships. Like a Navy Cruiser, or somesuch. Ships that you cannot manufacture or (typically) buy on the market for less than the emperor's ransom.

The best offers I've had so far from mission agents have been Hardwiring at significantly cheaper prices than the market. The ships I've been offered tend to be less attractive as they frequently require their market value in materiels as well as the LPs.
The rally good stuff has been implants from storyline agents, but the last storyline quest netted me a whopping 17k plus a civilian mining drone .

You can start to get 2 +1 implant offers at 2000 loyalty points, and 1 +3 at 15000, these will sell for a lot more per lp than taking a 75k ship offer. Hang onto your points for a good offer, don't waste them on something just because they are burning a hole in your pocket.
If you are leaving that agent for good, and you have a decent amount of lps built up. Consider leaving a fitted ship there, and shuttling back to it to do one mission each time you get a crappy offer from that agent, until you get something decent from him.

Save you lp's. the higher you have the better the offer. Junk the drug offers. there are better offers such as implants. for 15000k lp's and some items, i got offered 6 Beta implants. of course i rejected coz i'm waiting for that faction battleship:). each sell for a few million isk. Although, saving lp's in lower level agents can take quite a while. when you get to level 3's, lp's pile up a lot faster. Of course find an agent with the highest quality as much as possible.
