Even though this module is super-awesome and all that, it has one major flaw (which could be seen as a balancing thing but it'd be a bad one): It lacks a clearly visible cooldown timer (like so many other modules).
We now have numeric timers in mouse-over popups of our criminal/suspect/attack flags; why not add this kind of timers to the mouse-overs of the modules, too? Is it that hard to create a code snipped that counts 3 or 5 minutes from the activation of the module/from the time the module's effect takes place? |

Ideally, we should get the same for bomb launchers, too, although it does often take 2 minutes to set up the next run anyway. |

Here's my thread...
Basically, everyone is stating that all modules need reload/CD timers

I don't think we need numeric timers for reloads on turrets/launchers because you see the module flashing, which indicates activity. But MJD, Triage/Siege, Bomb Launcher/Bubble Launcher all just sit idly while you guestimate when the next charge is ready to be used.

OP see the above and please, for the love of the Empires, find and use search. Add to others threads that are already open so that they gain support, traction and get noticed more by CCP and not cluttering the forum with 10\100 of the same thing.
The community thanks you.
EDIT:
Reported for a lock. Reason "Please lock as this is a duplicate and OP has been linked to the existing thread."

16. Redundant and re-posted threads will be locked.
As a courtesy to other forum users, please search to see if there is a thread already open on the topic you wish to discuss. If so, please place your comments there instead. Multiple threads on the same subject clutter up the forums needlessly, causing good feedback and ideas to be lost. Please keep discussions regarding a topic to a single thread. |

I used the search function of the forum (I always do before I post something), and with the terms "MJD micro jump drive timer" I could not yield any result in the F&ID forum. I also could not find any search result with only "timer cooldown" with the search function. I limit my search to the F&ID forum, jfyi, because I don't want to find topics elsewhere. If this breaks the search, then it doesn't matter to me and CCP should invest resources in fixing things instead of breaking things.
So, for the next time and "for the love of the Empires" would you please use the search function and search the forum on your own before you rant? Oh, and ff you apply forum rules than please make people to use topic titles that you can actually find with the search function. And make people explain their suggestion a bit more detailed.
And secondly: I'm by no means opposed to merging my topic/posts into the linked topic if it shows more "courtesy to other forum users". |

I'd like these modules to grey out and fade in when they are undergoing the cooldown... Really any visual indicator would be awesome! |

Whatever makes us recognize that the module is not ready for re-use yet and gives us an indication when we can use it again. This of course is not limited to the MJD, but I think it's the most prevalent example. |

Then you would loose the oportunity to have a cool sand cronometer in your table that you spin every time you jump.

People really resort to such measures? Well, redundancy always is a good thing in case this feature makes it into the game. |

The visual I'd like for this is when the green circle finishes filling clockwise the cooldown timer be represented by the same green circle unfilling counterclockwise. |

+1 000 000 000. Pressing the button several times from 180 and down to about 10 to see how many seconds remain is such a pain, especially when you accidentally discover it has counted down to zero so you jump 100km in the direction you are pointing. Then there's a 180 second waiting time to get back again. |

A new push back into the attention sphere for this idea now that Rubicon is live and CCP needs new ideas and content for their next point release/expansion. This is a must for either of them. |

Would be alot more useful if we could choose the distance we want to warp instead of being locked at 100km. Something like 25, 50 or 100km and increase the cap cost based on distance. |
