Is there a new list of the damage types that NPCs do post RMR?

You can see rat specific attributes here.
I'm not sure but i think its pretty accurate.

Yeah that link looks pretty accurate, says it was updated on the 30th of January, so Post-RMR stats. Has worked for me so far, Megathron is still intact.
Although, this can't be right.
Hint: Look at the Expl damage and the overall DPS.

I'm thinking that that insanely high DPS may be a product of the ROF on its cruise missiles being 0 and its main weapon being its cruise missiles. Though technically with those stats its DPS should be infinite, there may be some sort of lower end cap in whatever program the person used to calculate this on for ROF on missiles (by the looks of it, ~.001 seconds).

Actually, the data from the export says they shoot missiles every 1ms, hence the stupidly high damage. The display of the ROF doesn't show the number to that accuracy so truncates it at 0.
Not sure how to fix it, there are no other attributes determining how fast missiles are fired.
