There's no stargate, but there is a ruined Amarr station emmanating a mysterious glow.. it's a system in the Minmatar COSMOS constellation, Ani. The last mission from Ekdit Spitek (an agent outside the ruin) takes place in a small maze of acceleration gates, and all of those have the whirlwind effect too. In the final area of the deadspace, the clouds are green!

That's over 15 hours traveling at 3000m/s. I wasn't willing to wait that long so I'd be quite interested in hearing if anyone has actually made it further than that or even to the location of the gate itself.
