Good day warriors. I am interested in the services of pilots to help in the foundation of a military corporation. I have created my corporation with the intent of creating a professional and disciplined combat group which dabbles in industry and economics on the side. We are predominately anti pirate and will be getting involved with a large alliance which I am a member of.
I am able to train pilots in ship to ship combat to get ready battles to come. If you any wish to fly with an experience combat leader and team who have ties all over EVE, please contact me. I am interested in the services of miners and mission runners as well to help with production and self sufficiency.
The pilots I am looking for should have more then the basics down and a idea of what they really want. Some experience would be appreciated in starting off since we will be getting into combat quickly. I will accept any pilot of any race with any ship racial career is welcomed. I can train, mentor and advise any pilot on skill paths and ship usage.
The benefits: -Training and combat experiences from a EVE combat pilot with close to three years of character life in game plus other pilotÆs experiences during training.
-covering ship support if losses are incurred. Note: still organizing the efforts of this industrialization inside my own corp and the alliance I am working with. (already making heavy cruisers and Battle cruisers)
-possible combat operations on a daily level against current enemy provided they present themselves for battle.
-logistical support of ammo and æbasicÆ equipment.
-team play, motivational leadership, fairness and a basis for equality.
-individual economy is encouraged and supported.
- awards and merits based on loyalty/performance (implants, ships, good equipment)(we expect the best in effort and give the best in support to those efforts)
-permanent positive status with the Phoenix alliance.
Possible drawbacks:
-high standard in morals and discipline. -corporation membership is slow and starting up again, things can be a little slow in moving with personal activity
-need a ventrilio client 2.1.3, mic is optional and encouraged.
-no tolerance for pirate or prey activity against any force that is not directly hostile with the corp or alliance. Discipline is a high standard.

Do not misinterpret what we do and are about. We are here to defend an alliance and friendly organizations from pirates, show strength to inspire our allies and to defeat and intimidate our enemies, and last but not least have a little fun any close knit combat group would have. Every effort to do that will be taken while providing an active high tempo environment for those in the corporation.
I've started everything off for the corporation asset wise and will continue to come up more things to do and play with in order to make it a fun experience to be inside this corporation. If any care to contribute any type of equipment, blueprints (copies), and or resources to get operations started up into high gear, then such will be appreciated and noted.
As for rank structure, I promote upon performance and some seniority, I expect help running things and I donÆt expect trying to be a tyrant ruling a castle. I will retain the right to make a final decision. I am open and approachable by those that may have advice. This corporation will be based on a cooperative effort and expect involvement.
I am a combat leader and most of the time, I am quite talkative, opinionated upon things I see. I like to take a direct route to things in order to get stuff done but can be slow to move at first till I feel things are right to set off on any pursuit with rage and fire. I have a very keen perceptive quality and notice a lot what goes on around me and hope I can provide as much for the team and corporation in order to make it a fun and exciting experience for those that gets involved.

Edited by: Spartan III on 16/02/2006 23:17:05 I have a few questions/comments. 1. Where are you based? I mission run and have high standing with caldari(9+) and the amarr (4.8). I am currently using amarr agents because of the lag up in caldari space.
2. When you said you have ship reimbursments for "Heavy Cruisers" were you talking about HACs/Recon cruisers or just tier 3, Tech 1 cruisers? I can use T2 medium weapons, and almost done training cruiser 5 for a specific race so if you did reimburse us for flying HACs(but only when you tell us to and HACs are needed) that would deffinantly be a plus.
3. I am a very disciplined person and work well in a disciplined enviroment.
4. I am a christian, and hope thats not a problem.
5. I have a little small time PvP experience. I have gone anti-pirating with a friend and solo before, and have a few killmails to my name including a -10 pirate.
6. When you say "no tolerance for pirate or prey activity against any force that is not directly hostile with the corp or alliance." does that mean we cannot go anti-pirating against pirates we are not at war with?
7. I have just over 7 mill SP atm, but have +3 implants and gain about 1.2mill SP a month now.
8. I have practicly no mining skills, and am almost strictly a combat pilot.
Probably more questions, but thats all that I can think of atm.
[Edit]Oh, and I can be a follower or a leader depending on what I am needed for, and have no problems with submission. My biggest command was a fleet of 5 ships leading an attack on the pirates in "Ami". --- Wolven Elite Guard - Currently recruiting Vanamonde's thread locker ->

I have a few questions/comments. 1. Where are you based? I mission run and have high standing with caldari(9+) and the amarr (4.8). I am currently using amarr agents because of the lag up in caldari space.
At this time I am in Nonni and will be moving to Torrinos in quick order; preparing for my transit northward. I will give you a page this evening to discuss things.
2. When you said you have ship reimbursments for "Heavy Cruisers" were you talking about HACs/Recon cruisers or just tier 3, Tech 1 cruisers? Heavy cruisers in my eyes are the best of the basic cruisers. I will say the corporation takes care of its own and does build/replace corporate members ships if they are lost in combat against a designated enemy while undergoing combat operations.
3. I am a very disciplined person and work well in a disciplined enviroment.
I am professional military and expect good behavior, morale and a good attitude.
4. I am a christian, and hope thats not a problem.
I have no issue against any religious preference
5. I have a little small time PvP experience. I have gone anti-pirating with a friend and solo before, and have a few killmails to my name including a -10 pirate.
Understood. I am a strong leader and very capable of training pilots. I have trained mulitiple corporations members and alliance military forces and am confident I can train you.
6. When you say "no tolerance for pirate or prey activity against any force that is not directly hostile with the corp or alliance." does that mean we cannot go anti-pirating against pirates we are not at war with?
Clarification of what I view as pirating. Any attempt of destruction and force of ill will out of grief upon a neutral i.e. peaceful party for gain of amusement and or personal gain is piracy. Any force of focus against any organization that willingly operates under piratical conditions will be commended and honored case by case basis
7. I have just over 7 mill SP atm, but have +3 implants and gain about 1.2mill SP a month now.
Respectable and noteworthy. Corporate awards are indeed handed out for merit in combat, personal conduct and behavior; honor, and senority of positions (promotions)Which also takes the form in implants if they are lost. I am going on my 3rd year of EVE with a current count of 36.6sp
8. I have practicly no mining skills, and am almost strictly a combat pilot.
Neither do I, I have other characters for those functions alone. I am mostly focused on disciplined movtivated individuals who wish to be apart of a confident professional and well lead corporate atmosphere
Probably more questions, but thats all that I can think of atm.
[Edit]Oh, and I can be a follower or a leader depending on what I am needed for, and have no problems with submission. My biggest command was a fleet of 5 ships leading an attack on the pirates in "Ami".
I understand and will hold that experiance will provide confidence in your capability and my own example of leadership. (a little brag here of mine. the most ships I've lead has been 112 leading an combined attack against an alliance)

Howdy. I like the sound of what you've got going here. I'm intersted, but have a few questions(should make for a good bump anyway).
Currently, I am part of a freelance organization and god bless their souls they are a friendly bunch. However, I am a PvP fiend and see little point in playing MMOs if I can't get into some heavy fighting once in a while.
At the same time, I am currently a casual player (have a ton of things to do this semester) and find that I focus my heavier gameplay during vacation periods (spring break, summer, christmas break, etc).
I hesitate to sign up for 0.0 or pvp outfits because of (1.) the time that some corps require to you play the game per week and (2.) the lack of being able to be self sufficient in 0.0 space at present (or pretty much any space outside of my warm little Caldari Navy agent circle). I mission run and haven't really been turned on to mining (doesn't seem like much fun if it's not with a corp).
Though I've participated in combat leadership in early EVE (played at launch then moved to SWG) and Lineage 2, in SWG I shinned, leading pvp groups of 100+ quite often (on Starsider), acting as a coordinator for allied rebel guilds. Long story short, I enjoy leading and following equally. As long as military discipline (I hate doing battle groups with lack of leadership or with a indecisive leader)is in place, I am happy and I have no trouble providing it if needed.
Again, love the sound of your gig but i'm wary about my inability to make decent in-game money currently and my ability to play sporadically during semesters. I have 1.4 million SP; have 2 advanced learning skills trained to level 4, working on the rest of the learning block. I have skills enough to run a decent mission running caracal (again, i'm hesitant to give up my only source of decent income in the game).
NOTE: I can put in full nights occasionally on weekends during semester but it's sporadic and i'm not against participating in corp mining if I a corp can provide ships and equipment for my character to fly and fight in (I just don't like the idea of a corp asking you to mine for them, giving you scant profits and then asking you to risk your ships and equipment for them or for a corp to basically force you to mine everytime you log in to a game, i think for a game you pay for, it should be less like work than RL).
It should be said that ideally I would love to be able to PvP on a regular basis and do the NPC junk (rat hunting, corp mining, mission running) as a way to achieve my personal goals (to collect each of the caldari ships) and to assist the corporation.
With this said, I like the sound of your outfit but hesitate to get excited due to my circumstances. If you think that I would fit in with your crew, let me know, otherwise, free bump for ya.
You can contact me at [email protected] or EVE mail me if needed.

Fair enough, contact me in game and we can discuss details. At the moment I am not concerned about your activity as RL situations suck at times. Take mine for example. I am an american soldier serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom right now. But I get time to play EVE .
I can train anyone how to survive in 0.0 space and fight more efficiently. I base a value of loyalty, bond of friendship and respect out of each of my wing mates. Nothing else matters. Those applying can look to a Euro time +2hrs activity mostly. Things will be slow a bit inside corp but we are apart of an alliance which is facing A LOT of combat right now. The alliance I lead has a big tendancy of being a fire magnet, attacting undesirables and other filth of the galaxy who want a piece of PA. So expect combat for sure. As for self sufficentcy that is negotiable especially if you have mostly frigate skills, which can be worked with and be made effective with my type of command leadership.

What are your requirements as far as time in game, and skills (Both SP, and actual skill combat operations within the game)?
For instance, I am interested in this corporation, but I doubt in serious PvP if I'd be an asset; I've only been playing for about 6 days, and recently upgraded out of my trial account.
As to the ship types and skills I am pursuing, I've rolled a new anchura character, gained cruiser level skills, purchased a caracal from my own funds, and just begun fitting it with the best of what I can find out of L1 tech (Arbalests, Y-58 Boosters, etc)
I look at your other applicants and realize I am somewhat outclassed. Would I be wiser to just play the game for a while, garner some SP, and game experience and check in later, or...?
This appears to be a solid player organization with a defined mission, goals, and leadership, something I like, given that time after time, I've joined clans, groups, or guilds only to see them fall apart messily a year or so later.
I am interested, though I don't know if I am what you are looking for.

Things are proceeding decently, Wolven has gotten a handful of pilots now. Different time zones in some causes but over all still growing. The war is ongoing in PA and likely to continue so till our enemies finally leave, get pushed out, or likewise lose interest. It doesn't matter, we will continue to fight them as long as they aggress our home.

I wish to put out an idea about the Wolven Elite GuardÆs infrastructure is like.
It is based around a squadron type command structure where groups or dedicated gangs of individuals numbering 6+ active individuals in each squadron. There would be 4 active squadrons in the guard with a 5th being the high command squadron.
Each squadron would have their own hangar which can only be accessed by them and the commander of the Wolven Guard. They would be free to arrange anything they see fit to fill out their number of pilots and can come up with individual operations to gather resources or financial input to the corporation as long as they did it together. Each squadron would allow to operate independently as long as it does not override any mission currently being undertaken by the guard as dictated by the Commander.
I am looking to incorporate entire corporations into a single squadron under their own leadership whose leadership would only be answering to me in command structure and a strong possibility of being apart of a promising large military force.
I support any activity outside wartime conditions that doesnÆt violate the GuardÆs policy and views towards pirating. Mission running, empire based operations, 0.0 combat against registered hostile organizations are openly supported.
I give this idea out to young corporations that are still trying to get a grip on the game and wish to learned from a individual with command and leadership experience; how to fight, live and operate as a combined military force. Corporations are free to leave and come as they please to form squadrons as what they bring in material wise is what they can take out with them as well.

(Corp Update)
So far pretty good. Overall 8 applicants, though some inexperianced, some maybe spies too but I have a way to deal with them too. At this time I have most of the new applicants doing stuff in empire to gain skill, knowledge and training as the member base grows. I aim at these people to get to know each other a bit before I bring them up to Venal. Meanwhile I continue to do my job as President. I don't mind and am patient for things to turn out for Wolven. I am to have close to 30 players at least with half being solid and active before I am pleased enough to BEGIN the real mission I am having Wolven to do. Till then I continue to encourage military minded pilots to continue looking Wolven up.
As noted above things will be only a bit slow till Wolven gears up more with membership, till then pilots are able to frolick around a area I indicate.

Well we have been talking to several new applicants. mostly inexperianced but I am slowly opening the door to new pilots who have patience to learn the game and be part of a corporation that has a lot on mind for the future.
One warrior left but it is understandable as he didn't like the situation and didn't have the stomach for it. No issue, though missed we will push on. Patience is a virtue I have plenty of along with stubborness. Just takes time for seeds to grow into a tree. Same with this corp. Got the experiance, have the material just need honest willing hearts and trusting minds.

Well with the dead weight of the PA name now off of our shoulders and that of mine. We are still recruiting and confidently believe we have a good start with the corporation and other corporations that was formally the PA. We will begin a new alliance and focus on the many good things we wanted to stand for and currently uphold: Honor, Respect and Loyalty.
As with location, don't know yet, many would like to stay up here in Venal as we reach for new light, some say we should go back to empire and build up the corporations membership. No matter what path we choose we will make it a communal focus.

I am extremely happy about yesterday and honored at the same time. I've been talking to two corporations over merger deals and unofficially it is successful. Wolven just increased its membership considerably chalking up towards 100 members. An excellent start and will establish the corner stone of my new alliance. I am still open for new members. Outside of these mergers I continue to talk with pilots and am bringing them in few here few there with hopes of being apart of something huge and important later on. So far so good. A new alliance is being formed very soon and I hope to lead it into a strong new future. as it looks so far, ambitious as it is right now looking to be 1k members so far. more updates to follow.

(Corp Update)
A another prospective merger from another corporation into Wolven seems to be happening. I don't know but I will remain hopeful. I've created my new alliance and we are swamping it with the corporations that I have gathered together to ready it's existance. Many have been merging but still there are some that are are being encouraged to grow a little before bringing them into the alliance.

(Corp Update)
Well as it is showing now the corporate merger will be happening and yet another corporation is with Wolven under the squadron program giving now 3 corps joining to merge into this promising growing alliance military corporation.
This will be needed because I expect to be getting into a lot of combat in time to come with what we got lined up ahead of us. Outside the mergers Wolven has been continually attraction 'stray' pilots as well and have been pointing he young ones to our alliance academy corporations for development and training into the game before they get initiated into a full blown military corporation like mine.

What are you going to do for an industrial backbone?

Well honest question deserves a straight answer. We are an alliance military force and will be working with industry corporations in time of war to provide industry. We do have limited industry ops people and experts as well. We will be hitting 0.0 space to use the few individuals we have and combine efforts of the entire alliance to provide combat corps the weapons of war.

Well as the alliance moves we are moving too. Obviously eh? anyways continual focus to recruit are high. I wish to keep those in mind that we are looking for people that are at least past the basic understanding of the game I give this time normally 3 months. We do have a corporation academy that is headed up by the Mc3 squadron of the Wolven and those are interested please contact Leffe.
We are always on the look out to incorporate entire 'teams' of people in their squads and organizations with the ability to operate where directed and to fly with the entire Wolven Fleet during operations. I often times will assign a mission during operations to squadrons and they split off to do that mission. Anyways just thinks to keep in mind how we operate.

Ranks and membership continues to swell with old friends and new pilots. I expect things to continue growing for a time and am patient for people to move gear ships and other stuff to our base HQ in Nonni III home guard testing.
As members get things in place and settled we will start corporate and alliance combat operations in our surrounding area till political issues are settled. I am a busy man with the alliance and tied in with just about every key decision being made. Trying to delegate a little bit and put good people into responsible positions to help run the alliance. Doing so will give me a whole lot more time to coordinate more corporate things and sort the new pilots out. Not as slow as before but I ask for new applicants to be patient as we iron things out all around the alliance and in the corporation.
Seems like we will be kinda settled in Nonni for a bit and I will fill out all the hangars tonight so our membership can finally see what the corp has.

(Corp Update)
Corp is moving along with the rest of the alliance and I am very pleased with the amount of talent that has come to the corporation. Not only for combat but a lot of personal qualities and strong intiative by many of the members now with me. I can't help feel pride to have several individuals capable with leadership and decision making on a military level. It will help us in the long run as we grow in membership.

(Corp Update)
We are having a few more members joining WLVEN from a corporation that is disbanding.
My original estimates of membership are off due to the count of alts and away from game types in the various corporations that had joined us already. What we do have though is a solid active player core which will pick up quite a bit when we hit combat. looking right now over 30 members with at least 20 being active at this time. That alone is pretty good. We have an academy corporation attached to us too for younger players to train up in.

Well we are in the root of 0.0 space now. Starting up combat operations against current enemies. We hold no grudge against these ones nor bear any hatred to them. We are still recruiting combat pilots and industry personalities too. Those wishing to join will be going through a good security background check of our design.

(Corp Update)
Geez been busy with a lot of stuff lately. A lot of things have happened in the last few weeks keeping the corporation and the alliance we are with pretty busy. We was involved with the Cache conflict for a few weeks trying to help RA out. As it went we did as well as any of us in the alliance had hoped for but due to political and miltary issue with the 'ally' we was hoping RA was didn't prove beneficial to us. We are with the alliance back in empire rebuilding and now looking to go somewhere else in 0.0 space. So as we rebuild things a recruitment of young or experiance pilots gets placed back onto the forefront of my focus.
If you have questions about Wolven please eve-mail me or any of my officers on our alliance website. ghostofretribution.com

Been picking up patrol combat missions against our former alliance associates; Red Alliance. Pretty much the same combat patrol routes we had done when we was working with them now just doing the same thing against them till we find a resolution to this conflict.
