When docked at a station theres a medical option at the Station Service menu.
I currently have Clone Grade Alpha.
I can select Change Station but whats happens if i change the station?
I can also select Upgrade Clone where i can buy Clones that kan keep more skill points, how exactly does this feature affect my game?
Theres also a Tab called Jump Clones, what is a jump clone?

Changing station means you show up at a different station (the station you select) when you die.
If you have more skill points when you get podded than your clone can hold, you lose a percentage of the difference (I believe it's 5%). That sucks. Clones are cheap, so always have an updated one.
Ignore jump clones for now. They're basically a way to jump from one end of the galaxy to another without having to use a ship.

When you get attacked and your ship destroyed, your pod is ejected from the ship. Other players can then destroy your pod. That kills YOU, not just the pod! At that point, the game will create a clone for you at whatever station you started at. That clone will have no implants or othe cybernetics, if you had them before.
The clone will also have your skills, as long as it's grade is high enough to hold all your skill points! If it's not, then you will lose skill points on a percentage basis of some kind. That is where the grades come in. The higher the grade, the higher the number of skill points your clone will hold. You *always* want to keep your clone ahead of your actual skill points. I'm at 120,000 points now, but I just upgraded to the 1.4 million point clone to be safe for awhile.
You might find that there are other stations that you would prefer to be based out of (I like Oursulaert, when things are acting right). Change Station allows your clone to be recreated at another station other than your starting station. That will save you jumps after you've been cloned to get back to your hangar with all your stuff.
Jump Clones!!! As a newb, you don't have to worry abou them. They require a skill set that you can't even buy as a newb. HOWEVER, jump clones allow you to jump your conscience from one station to another station. You can only do it once per day though. Yeah! VERY intriguing. It's not a cheap ability to learn though!
Hope that helps, Dakru

Just out of curiosity: where does the game take these 5% away? Your last learned skill? A random one? The highest one?

From what I hear, it's your highest skill. I've never been podded, so I can't speak from experience.

Hmm since 90% of EVE players don't have a conscience, the ability to also jump your consciousness from station to station is probably more important...
