I was wondering when I get to Industry Level 5 will there be a larger selection of blueprints I can manufacture once I hit this level? |

Kinda....
Tech 1 bps only ever need Industry 1 to build them
Tech 2 and 3 bps require higher levels of industry but they also require a whole host of other skills to manufacture/research, industry is the least of which. |

Do you happen to know a tech 2 bps that doesnt require a whole host of of other skills? Basically want to jump to move profitable blueprints in the quickest way possible skill wise.. |

That's a pretty typical example, skills required to invent and manufacture are listed on the right. It's not a hell of a lot of skills but bear in mind they each have their own prerequisites ( for example nuclear physics requires Science V and Power grid management V). Having said that you could get hold of all the minimum skills within a month or so. Your also going to need to train production efficiency to V and mass production as high as you can.
I would recommend playing around with Tech 1 manufacturing before diving into T2, at least while you skill up. You can still make a lot of money with T1 with a bit of brainwork, use a program like "EVE Isk Per Hour" to help you see what's profitable. |

T2 BPCs typically need two of the data core skills plus Industry 5. Some need more. Plus you need the skills to invent them, the data core skills plus the appropriate encryption methods, you're not going to find large quantities of T2 BPCs on contract for reasonable prices. |

Not there. Open a plan, go to skills, locate the Industry skill, click the 'show what this skill enables' button at the top.
The greyed out Industry is because your API key doesn't show industry jobs, which is irrelevant for seeing what skills enable what blueprints. |

Just train it to L5 and have done with it. It's a level one skill, so it won't take long. Besides:

Grey skills are skills you cannot currently train. Example: You can't train Industry 5 until you have trained Industry 4.
The Blueprint Browser tab is handy, as well as the previously mentioned looking at what an individual skill enables. |
