Notorious and powerful pilot to ever play EvE online?
Who had the most control of the universe ever at any point of time in EvE's history and had the power to control the biggest alliances and who committed the most notorious acts ever?
I'm a noob and just bored and was curious lol

Kugu of course.
People were afraid of what he could do with the information he could access and he burned CCP so bad that his name when fully spelled out is actually permanently banned on the forums.
He leveled Band of Brothers and LV in a single swipe that forever altered the entire EVE universe and the course of the game has never been the same since.
There is hands down no man in EVE (and this guy hasn't played in years) who has had a greater impact in shaping the policies of the company CCP and nullsec alliances in terms of security and spywork. |

Some of the answers here justify including this classic Eve tune by Curzon.
Oh and I vote for the guy above me just cause hes so angry. Which isn't exactly a bad thing.

To add some content; It would probably be BOB and Sir Molle. Perhaps he won't win any popularity contests but everything that has been happening is a result of their doings and anything grand afterwards, while grand indeed, is merely a reaction to what they did and created, directly or indirectly.
Wait... Tank came back to EVE? |

I think most of em got sold.. well for Zap https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=568019#post568019
For the OP as a player corp not person https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/M0o_corp_(Player_corporation) "The effects of m0o corporation today can be felt in several gameplay aspects. They were a major reason for the large balance fixes to turrets, hardeners and damage modifiers in 2004, as well as the addition of sentry guns, gate NPC's and the increased presence/beefing up of CONCORD in empire space."

A while back, over a year ago, he suddenly reappeared on the forums asking all kinds of whiney questions. Either someone else has control of the character or he turned carebear, it wasn't trolling as such because it was just too dumb. |

Well considering that half the rule changes and exploit discoveries/nerfs/rebalances/game mechanics were Tank CEO's fault... I'm gonna have to say him.
EVERYONE who becomes deeply involved in the game world knows who Tank CEO is.
But he's powerful for all the wrong reasons. Chribba is quite influential... and in a game that is populated almost completely by outcasts, sociopaths, and recalcitrant loners.... being universally adored by nearly every one of us, is quite an accomplishment and speaks volumes for his natural charisma. That moment when you realize the crazy lady with all the cats was right... |
