Hiya folks,
Today I am wanting some spare isks and so I figured I would ask how much my trophy Panther would get on contracts/market. Before anyone answers with Jita/Rens prices, allow me to explain why this is a "trophy" Panther: It helped to give Chribba his first lossmail, and probably his first loss of SP, since at least late 2009.... thus, at this moment in time, the most recent loss he has had in more than 3 years.
Storytiem:
My corp likes doing sneaky ganky things, whether it is stealing from Mission Runners, yoinking their lewts and mission objectives, griefing incursion fleets, or wreck/can baiting. On one rather peculiar night in question on March 11, 2011, we were having a cloaky wreck/can baiting operation in Niarja, just for giggles. We were all BSing on our voice server when we notice a tengu slowboating over to our can (we were all cloaked.)
Comms went a little something like this:
"Tengu approaching wreck. Keep a lookout."
-more BSING-
"Tengu sitting on top of wreck...wait... is that-"
"Holy crap, that's Chribba!"
"Oh, cool, Chribba!"
"There's no way he'd--"
"BREAKBREAKBREAK"
"TENGU JUST WENT RED! CHRIBBA JUST WENT RED!"
"HOLY CRAP POINT POINT POINT"
"Decloak-"
"Targetting-"
"POINTED!"
etc.
The ironic thing was that Chribba was basically flying a ninja salvaging Tengu. We felt dazed and awed that this had actually happened, and many high-fives and e-peen waving were had. If you find the story hard to believe, just see the evidence for yourselves:

Put the Corpse in the Cargo Hold in the Contract and it'll be worth quite a bit more I'd imagine...
Even more if you could prove it's Chribba's Corpse and if he'd give a price to pay for it. ^_^ |

I don't remember who scooped the corpse, but I don't think it was one of us. We were having problems with a loot ninja scooping all valuables from the ships that we killed (ironic, I know, but there's a bit more to that story that I won't share here)
Anyways... yeah. A Chribba corpse would be awesome. |
