I think we deserve reimbursement for all this god damn ****ing around. How many days have the servers been almost unusable? Just the other day I had to wait 5 hours until DT before my character could be "unstuck", and now my character is stuck in The Forge.
Reimbursement.

Don't care if you came up with the idea that birthed Eve. You pay to have access to this game. Should that access have issues for a couple days, but be fine the rest of the month, then you can't complain. You are still getting what you are paying for. Access.

I don't pay to have my access cut for days on end every few months. I pay so I can play whenever I feel like it, I pay for CCP to provide me with a usable service 23/7.

Please, quote me the EULA section that says you will have uninterupted access for 23/7. I'd really be interesting in reading that part.

I didn't say it was a rule, I said that's what I pay for, and when I don't get it, I have the right to be annoyed.

Hey, I agree with the OP that if I pay for 23 hours service i should get it. However, I also believe in evolution, the laws of physics and that wanting and having are 2 entirely different things.
You can do what we all do to punish the company's that abuse us. Cancel your account. This will tell CCP that they need to do a better job at providing their customer with the product. Now of course if you want to still play EVE then thats not a good idea. So your back to square one. Man emergith from the sea and EVE is created.
