I need the money to get a mining barge and some strip miners to increase my mining efficiency. The most valuable asset I have is a Sukuuvesta Heron and I am willing to use that for collateral. Other than that, I'm just hoping for a generous soul. If you are interested send me an Eve Mail. |

Join a real mining corp. People like to have the fellow corp mates succeed. Perhaps they will give you the money you need. "tbh most people don't care about removing local from highsec. They want it gone from nullsec. I want to be able to solo roam hunt without everyone knowing I am there without them actually seeing me jump through the gate. Effortless intel is bad." ~Me |

yeap a mining corp would be handy... If you hung out and mined in your venture while they did an op you could prly make the isk in an op or two... And if you flutter your eyelashes correctly you may get a few small donations |

There are numerous ways in game to earn Isk, but in this case I would advice you to mine with the resources you do have until you have made enough Isk to buy the barge and strip miners yourself. It does take a bit longer but in the end it is a lot more satisfying knowing that you did it yourself. Remember, in EvE patience is everything. Good advice also by above posters: join a miner corporation.
As on top of that begging is at least frowned upon in the EvE forum as a whole, this thread gets a lock.
The rules: 22. Post constructively.
Negative feedback can be very useful to further improve EVE Online provided that it is presented in a civil and factual manner. All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings regarding EVE Online and how it can be improved. Posts that are non-constructive, insulting or in breach of the rules will be deleted regardless of how valid the ideas behind them may be. You don't need 25 million to get started in mining using barges! If you are wanting to borrow 25million that means your wanting to buy a retriever. DON'T DO IT! Retrievers are great little ships but are highly vulnerable to ganks. My advice would be to buy a procurer and use this ship until your skills/resources get high enough to justify a retriever (and you should still keep the procurer just in case!). This should cost not more than 15million and be a 'safe' revenue generator. |

Offer sent to provide loan with the heron as collateral for 2 weeks with 4% interest. Conditions are heron to be provided (valued at ~18% of loan value) by contract for 25m, will be return for 26m (investment + 4% interest) within 2 weeks.
Extensions possible accruing 4% per 2 weeks, but contact required prior to expiration of the current loan contract. Failure to contact or accept collateral for repayment will be classed as a default.
Understandably, this is high risk as it's a new character and a very low amount of collateral, but it is collateral, which is more than a lot of attempts and the value of the loan is very low, so I'm willing to take the risk on the off chance this is a player with a legitimate desire for a loan.
And thanks ISD for reopening the thread. |

Just a side note, which i didn't see anyone mention.
Don't fly what you can't afford to lose.
If you blow all that ISK on a single ship set up and then get ganked, it's gonna hurt.
It won't be the end of the world (It might feel like it), but you can always come back from a loss. It just might take a bit longer.
Also, before you hop in a barge, like someone else mentioned, start with a procurer, and make sure you have solid tanking skills before you try anything more expensive. |

I've done the math and a mining barge should increase my yield by about three times so I should make the ISK quickly. I will get a procurer to start and I will be looking for a corp. I will accept Salem's offer. |

Welcome to eve, check your wallet and pay off that other guy. Wow, I am grateful but why do you trust me that much? I could be a scammer. |

I don't trust you, nor do I expect repayment. But when even the forum mods get on your case, that's a bit excessive and not welcoming to the game. |
