So after running incursions for a bit I have been thinking, and I am sure this has went through a lot of peoples minds. Why not Make and incursion that can only be ran by cap fleets. Capital class ships are left out of every incursion mainly because system cyno jammers and the fact they cannot use the acceleration gates. I think that it would be a fun thing to try. Set it like this, they will only spawn once everyyyy... lets say 10 regular incursions, one capital incursion will spawn. Just so fleets are still able to form up on a gate make it a Capital ships only gate. Something that was also brought to my attention was that the regular MOM in incursions would die way to easy. SO! bear with me here.... Sansha Titan :D!!!!!! as the Capital ship Incursion MOM. What will the Sansha Titan drop? idk probably really good officer mods or a titan BP or a revenant BP, that will be sorted later. again this is just a thought and a damn good one at that. I would like all opinions if you wanna call me a ****** and tell me to go home, that is fine, if you think it is a decent idea just need tweaking, I am open to anything :) |

Well considering that the majority of incusion runners are High Sec.. and you cant have Capitols in High Sec.. I think this is a fail..
And even if you made it open to Null sec no one would do it as it will just turn into a gank fest |

Honestly having lived in null sec for about 3 3 and half years now I don't think that it will just turn into a gank fest. If they make the sansha titan so, and it actually is well worth it to run, then im pretty sure there will be the gankers but the people actually wanting the mom loot might out way them, and I did Specifiy cap only acceleration gates, so if there were to be an enemy gank fleet sub caps are useless.. im gonna keep pushing for it :P |

Null Sec Capitol incusrion starts.. N3 send their Arcon blob at it finish it off within the day get bulk isk.. at the same time everyone else attacks their space put timers on everything |

Not really. I think you're forgetting the little fact that Sanshas cyno-jam the system as part of the incursion effects. Unless you already have capitals in the system, you're not going to bring more. On the other hand, however, you'd have to have the capitals there already for when the incursion starts.

You guys are thinking to short term. Ganks would happen right now due to the war, but two months ago some alliances could have easily run an Incursion without getting ganked by a force big enough to challenge them. I would oppose this because it would just become another isk faucet for big alliances and renters, which they have plenty of already. Small and medium groups won't be able to do it due to ganks. |

Making the null sec incursion a mixed blessing.
If you are a defender you better have your carriers in place
Its a jammer that can't be turned off.
Requires sub cap blob fleets if you don't have them pre-staged. |
