EVE Online: Rubicon 1.1 has now been released!
1.1 introduces the new Encounter Surveillance System; the Nestor, a Sisters of EVE Battleship; the Micro Jump Unit and the Mobile Scan Inhibitor, two brand new mobile structures; two variations of the Mobile Siphon Units; and a slew of other changes!

Likely not (unless you were inadvertantly running LogServer from a custom location).
If a reinstall doesn't work for you, please do report it, though. The more data, there better those of us who focus specifically on these issues can fix things. |

I can't speak to the BR server error but some pilots with issues similar to your post Character Select unresponsiveness are able to avoid the driver crash responsible for their problems by selecting DX9 in the launcher settings.
If you are willing to give it a shot, that might hold you over until the DX team can deliver a more suitable answer. |

DX9 is the current quick fix, but we should have a better answer soon.

I am investigating the claims of POS guns shooting friendlies, but we need more details. So far we were not able to confirm any cases of this happening. Please send me (CCP Habakuk) an EVE-mail, if this happened to your ship or POS and include at least the location of the POS, the time when this happened, and the character name. Sending a support ticket or bug report with details would also be helpful.

You can change your DX setting in the launcher setting menu (little gear in the upper right, then the far right tab).
The DX team is hard at work, and should have a solution soon. Until then, DX9 and DX11 are as close to identical as they can be, so you won't be missing anything visually.

Gas reactions seem to not have changed material usage at all, but rather is producing 50x the product, and using the same materials.
Reactions aren't blueprints; the reaction outputs have been scaled up (50x in the case of C3-FTM Acid), and the blueprint inputs have been scaled up by the same amount. Thus one unit of C3-FTM acid is now worth 1/50th what it was previously worth, and everything (hopefully) lines up neatly.
We have had some issues relating to this with the changes to live market orders, which we're dealing with right now. |

Update on the second point: there's some shortfall in converted stacks of Carbon-86 Epoxy Resin, we have all the relevant logs for the adjustments and are aiming to correct the mismatches by the end of the week. If anyone finds themselves caught short in the meantime, please submit a petition and ask the GM to contact me if they have any questions.
I apologise unreservedly for any problems this may have caused; we're reviewing how this happened to ensure we don't make similar mistakes in future. |

Me and another dev both had a go at reproing this and were unable to. There is some weirdness about what standings are relevant and the standings being cached and sentries having this weird tendancy to hold a grudge even though you've given people high enough standing but that isn't really new.

Long story made short on how the standing issue hit the live server:
(yeah it's long but still is the short version...)
We were fixing a bug, a minor one, which involved objects disappearing from the overview when you had specific filters active. For example if you activated "filter alliance from overview", your own and your mates' cans would disappear.
The code that takes care of standings in the UI is old and hard to deal with so we started on implementing a fix back in early December, with in mind that we would deploy it as soon as possible on to our test servers, after the overview had received extensive testing by internal developers of course.
What we did not not spot at that time was that the chat would also be affected by this change and we are still a bit baffled that the issue did not get spotted in internal nor public testing with the change implemented such a long time ago...
We investigated the possibility of doing a live deployment to get this fixed but the possibility of interrupting the service for too long was too great, so sadly the fix will need to wait until tomorrow downtime.
My sincere apologies for creating this mess. |

This looks like a grid issue, which isn't something that can be "fixed" per se, it's just an artefact of the way EVE decides what can and can't be seen by a given player. The reason you can see the ESS at all times is that (like the TCU) it's globally visible so doesn't care what grid you're on; otherwise yes, you're essentially crossing an artificial seam in space which stops you from seeing things on "the other side".

When using "custom", nothing is picked up on narrow scan pointing at celestial within range. It's intended (before the tracker was being forced in the center by d-scan, and it just created all sorts of complications and weird cases and it has now been simplified). Tracking Camera Option removed from directional Scanner, Seriously more people should be complaining about this. The only time its useful is doing accurate low degree scans on a celestial for me. Being robbed of the ability to click it next to the directional scanner is just annoying, Its extra mouse travel time from the top of the directional scanner which is usually at the top of the screen to the bottom where my ship modules have been since the beginning of time, its also an extra click to cycle it.
Also i haven't experienced the ATI problem, ive got a 6970 on one pc and a 4870 on another without issues. Did you know that there is a hotkey to toggle it on. If you press the hotkey, the button will light up to indicate that tracking is on, and this should be faster than clicking that checkbox. Hope that solves your problem

We have identified a probable cause for AMD drivers crashing and will have a fix in a patch on Monday.
In the meantime some players have reported better stability with lower quality settings, in particular you should try to turn anti-aliasing off. There are mixed reports of this, but it's worth trying lower settings if you experience frequent driver crashes.
